I need to say that O.Noir was an amazing experience!! We had a pleasant night with our server Sami. Our reservation was 8 pm, I think that helped the environment not being so loud as other people have complained about. I think people’s anxiety level really increases when they first walk into the room to sit down. People have the nervous laugh, sometimes loud, because of the unknown situation they find themselves in. It is surreal, the place is pitch black and the eyes do not adjust. DO NOT adjust. The entire time is all about being tactful. It is difficult to eat in the beginning, but after some tries, we got the hang of it. Highly recommend it. Once in a lifetime experience! Thank you Sami!!

this place offers the most unique dining experience ever. we were guided into a pitch black room and were brought surprise dishes. I’m not gonna lie, not being able to see anything kind of gave me anxiety but I got over it throughout the night. the waiters are very nice and helpful btw. super fun experience and I would recommend everyone to try it at least once!!

I have heard about this place for many years, but it was when my family from Louisiana had heard about it and wanted to visit during a recent trip, was when I went for the first time. Upon entering, you are greeted and given menus and shown a place to sit in the main lobby by the bar. The host explained the menu, how everything is done, asked about allergies and took our order. Oh, and we were asked to place our cellphones/purses into a locker. Very smart! When we were ready to be seated at our main table, our server, Sammy, came out, and we all made like a congo line touching shoulders to enter into the transition room. When we were all in, he opened the doors to the dining room, which, of course, was in complete darkness. Sammy guided us to our table and seats. Explained where everything was on the table and confirmed our orders. The food arrived quickly and Sammy would place it and our drinks on the table and explain where it was. He said if we needed anything, to just call his name. But we never had to because Sammy knew when we needed something. He was present just before we needed another drink or finishing up our starters. The service we received from Sammy was literally the best service I have ever had in ANY restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing! All 4 of us enjoyed the meals. Our sense of taste and smell were definitely heightened by the lack of sight. AND... the prices were very reasonable! The atmosphere was great! No cell phone distraction, either! We were able to "talk" to each other. What an amazing and unique experience! I would highly recommend O.Noir to everyone. Everything was very impressive. Thank you to our host, the chefs, the bartender and especially Sammy - truly the best server around!

This was the wildest most unique dining experience I've ever had. I'll never forget it! The staff and customer service was incredible. I have a gluten sensitivity and they handled it so professionally. I really can't say enough nice things about the service I received! I would happily recommend it again and again!

I highly recommend this to everyone for an unforgettable date night or a fun activity between friends. This is an incredible experience that is worth trying at least once. The food also makes this place worth going for. I just wish they had an infrared camera to show us some footage afterwards. I'm sure that would give everyone some great laughs. Personally, I was eating with my hands the whole time..
