A nice mini-mall with seating and small restaurants inside. There are some useful shops as well such as Dollarama and Marché Newon for basic needs. If you are a student, can connect to wifi via eduroam.

It's under renovations so it's not that good, there are nice things like restaurants, grocery store, dollarama, and students going to concordia have some classes in this building

I have been visiting and eating at this place for more than eight years. From abandoned building to a more trendy place. Only four restaurants survived the changes and pandemic. The Chinese market is a must to find great variety of Asian products.

There's nothing exciting in it. A Dollarama, an oriental grocery store, a electronic repair shop and a couple of Concordia University offices and classrooms. But I like it. It's very clean! Pre lock down, they had benches inside it to hang out before class.

Honestly, a hidden gem right in the middle of downtown. The inside of the building has changed so much in the last 5 years; the renovated space is sleek. It's a great spot for students or for anyone looking to just sit down, grab a casual meal and catch up with a friend.
