Grill'd

Moonee Ponds store very much less than average for a Grill'd. I usually have mine at Southern Cross station. At SC they make you feel like they want you there, and the burgers not only taste great, they look great. Moonee Ponds staff not unpleasant, but not at all interested in elevating your experience, or in making your burger look appetising. Normally I feel happy at Grill'd, at MP I left feeling like 'meh, may as well have gone to Hungry Jacks' . Lift your game Moonee Ponds. Have some pride. It doesn't take much.

How the mighty have fallen. I tired one of their hfc burgers. The worst burger I have ever eaten. The founder Simon Crowe should be ashamed..did he not open the first store due to a lack of a decent burger....look no further, this was not a decent burger. Chicken was dry, over cooked and all up looked terrible.

Get your act together Puckle st store ! Each time there is a new story, entered the store this evening at 9.05pm and was told they are closed by a team member I said what time you close ? Knowing full well the website states 9.30pm. I was told we are closing due to lack of team members i then said that’s fine I’m happy to wait for one burger and chips.. sorry no we are closed bye !! If you are under staffed then close your door completely don’t make me enter the store at all.. just rude also and this isn’t the first time with this particular store .. staff don’t want be there

Poor customer service. I ordered take away at 4:40pm 25th March 2022. They said ready in 10 minutes. I waited for over 30 minutes and didn't get the food. I went to ask them. They told me it would come up soon without even checking my order. I waited another 10 minutes and went up again. This time they told me they didn't have my order. Just when they about made a new order, they found my food which had been sitting there all along. They wouldn't refund only agreed to make fresh one. But the way of saying it was really unprofessional. She said she called several times. I had been sitting there didn't leave at all. And I didn't hear her. I asked her even so, what about I came to the counter asking the food's ready or not. She said she was not that girl and she didn't know which girl. They all wear the same. I can’t tell which girl either and no one came up to say sorry though they were so close behind the counter and must have heard us. I had been a regular customer for a long time but sadly won't be any more.

WORST experience at any Grill’d I’ve ever had. I was the only customer in store at the time standing at front counter (Sunday 01/05/22) and not one of these people could even say “hi won’t be a moment” I ended up ordering through the app which took them 40 years to make so to be honest I’d rather pass away then come here again. Embarrassing service from the brand considering Grill’d is usually fantastic.

I have passed Grill'd on numerous occasions and tonight finally decided to try it out with my son. My son had the 'Mustard & Pickled' and I had the 'Mighty Melbourne', and we had 2 sides. 'Saltbush & Pepper Onion Rings' & ''Famous Grill'd Chips'. Firstly, the buns... they were hard. Not toasted hard, but stale hard. Secondly, the beef patties… Very dry and chewy and pretty tasteless. As my son said, "The best thing about my burger was the pickle." That said it all. Neither of us could understand why the Chips are famous. Firstly, the Rosemary overpowered any other herbs used. Secondly, the chips were undercooked, soft on the outside and flowery on the inside. Perhaps 'infamous Grill'd Chips' would be a more suitable name. The 'Saltbush & Pepper Onion Rings' were ordindary. Nothing to rave about for sure. Service was nothing special. Our meal did the entire rounds of the restaurant before the waiter finally discovered it was for our table. Conclusion : Definitely overrated. Burgers were, frankly, pretty awful and the sides were just as bad. Over-priced and poor quality food. We will never go back
