The Cheesecake Shop Mordialloc

I've bought 2 cakes from the Mordialloc store in the past 2 weeks for my kids birthdays, and we were so happy with both. Both the strawberry fields torte and the Let's Celebrate choc mudcake were delicious and fresh, and all our family who shared these cakes loved them. It was also a bonus that they're open on Sundays so I didn't have to pick up the cake the day before and try to squeeze it into my already overcrowded fridge!

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. She is a hello kitty's fan. The cake was prepared beautifully. My daughter was so happy when she saw the cake! This made my day. We definitely recommend this store. Not only was the cake prepared on time, it looked amazing and very well presented. I will definitely be back. Thank you Cheesecake Shop Mordialloc

I went in and ordered a cake online 3 days ago and when i went in to collect my cake the man said my cake hadnt been made yet. He went to the back and got a cake that i didnt even order and slapped on some decorations which were very slopply. The cake i ordered was $50 but the cake the man gave to me was $37. will NOT be going back.

I had emailed this store with requirements for a custom cake to be made. Upon reading through the requirements on the website, I sent my request within the time specified. Having no response I rang the store direct and spoke to a person who was quick to point out he “only works here” and I would need to speak to the owner with regards to my unanswered email. Before explaining what the email said, he quickly butted in and said no custom cakes can be made and I can only choose what they make. This is clearly NOT INDICATED on the website. If it was, I wouldn’t have spent an hour sending photos and a written description of what I wanted. I have never ordered or indeed walked in to one of your stores and with the way I have been treated on the phone, I never will . I am disappointed and angry that not only was I treated rudely but the website is clearly out of date.

Attended at short notice to purchase a cake for a birthday celebration. They had heaps in stock. For an extra charge they wrote a short note in cake icing on the cake which made the cake more personal. Easy access off Lower Dandenong Rd. Can park out front or in Warren Rd. No disabled car parking or toilets, not wheel chair friendly. They do specialty orders.

Walked in and ordered an Oreo Cookie party cake for my mum's birthday on the spot. The man took some time to prepare the cake as he had to decorate it with chocolates on the top and I wanted the cake to be personalized with a written chocolate plaque on it. It was worth waiting because it was beautifully decorated and we all enjoyed it at home and will definitely come again.

Try & support local business so we bought a carrot cake from here today. It is completely inedible! It’s not off, it just tastes really really bad! We thought the icing and decorating was a bit slapped on with no care but if it tasted nice it would be ok. We literally just threw the entire thing out! Unfriendly bordering on rude service. I’d really recommend taking your money elsewhere.
