The quality of the food was great. It was full of glamour. The portion sizes are generous. Everything looked fresh. The staff we very polite and friendly. The service was quick and the staff even had a sense of humour. Even when asking for minor alterations on the dish, they easily accommodated. I highly recommend coming here.

Mordy HQ always sets the benchmark for entertainment and meals in The Bayside area ⭐🎸🎤🥁⭐ I was super impressed and very excited to see an in-house PA system and lighting (and stage eventually) being installed thanks to a guided tour by the entertainment co-ordinator Naomi who graciously gave me some of her valuable time. I'm pretty pumped to have had a gig there just recently with FASTLANE BAND the staff were really good, the bar boys were really well mannered and friendly offered to help us with opening doors for load in etc especially Dylan he seems very switched on (he pours a good beer too) Me and the bassman bought a Chicken Parma each, very good meals cooked spot on, arrived hot, fresh and tasty, I was very impressed with the salad dressing not your standard lemon and oil it was really a good fit with the chicken Not only did it have great food buy Its shaping up to be a great live band venue as well‼️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called the Mordy in the afternoon and spoke with Shona. I had a lot of questions I didn't have time to google before my drive home and improtu trip out for dinner. Shona was extremely patient and professional and able to to provide thorough recommendations on where to dine and what events were on. Upon arrival I was greeted by Shona and another lady that directed me to Brad in the sports bar. Brad was attentive and quick to offer service, a very polite lovely young gentleman. The second lady from my arrival also served us in the sports bar and provided great service and recommendations again! 5 star service all round. The meals were generous and well priced and so flavoursome, we tried a chicken scallopini, risotto and the special of the day - fish curry. Average prices $20-30 per main. Oysters were great too. Nice range of beer and cider on tap. Trivia was on (Tuesday), the host was very inclusive and the tech to play made it super easy! I will definitely be back again. Great job team, the staff made my experience! I'm local to the area and wish I had been frequenting MordyHQ!!

Called in to watch the footy and have a bite for lunch. The "big screen" is a series of smaller electronic tiles joined together to form a video wall. Unfortunately, these tiles don't meet seamlessly with thick black lines interrupting your view... and there is lag from one tile to the next. That aside, we ordered three meals for lunch. Shortly after ordering, the young barman advised us the payment hadn't been accepted so we tapped again. We then checked our bank account and saw that we had been charged twice. We raised this issue and were spoken to one of the managers who tried to tell us that the payment would only go through once because the first one hadn't been accepted by their terminal. Almost 40 minutes later, we were still waiting for our food so I queried this at the bar. Coincidentally, we were told our meals were on the way out, so we resumed our seats. Two of the three meals were served and we were told the third was coming right out. It arrived almost 15 minutes later! Before leaving, we asked to speak to the manager again, and got a different one. We told her the issues with payment and showed her our bank account. She took our details and told us she would reconcile the till at the end of the night, and call us the following day. Two days later, having not heard from her, we had to ring them. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon, and we only got one of our payments refunded today (Thursday)... no word of any compensation, free meals, drinks etc. Not even a "sorry" from them. Extremely poor customer service. Won't be back.

If not for the good customer service, this would be a 1 star. I received my food cold + the food tasted reheated. Didn’t return it as the woman was so lovely, however after discovering A HAIR in it I was beyond appalled I just paid and left without finishing the meal. On top of it the service took over 30 minutes when it was just a small group of us in for lunch and no one else to serve, and the coffee was lukewarm. I won’t be coming back. There was good customer service by the lady working but doesn’t make up for the poor food quality.
