Good Service and Very Nice and Cheerful Staff. Our Waitress was very helpful and kind and even had a good Sense of Humor. The Food Was Great and so was the service. The Restrooms we're very clean and Sanitized. A Good Place to eat with friends and/Or Family. If you haven't been there, you need to go and try it.

If i could give this place 0 starsI would. Staff was unprofessional. But I believe this is because of the managers. The manager Sergio is rude, and clearly does not treat his staff correctly. He should also do a full cleanup of his restaurant because it is a mess. I will be talking to corporate soon. There needs to be better management.

Service is terrible. Last few times we ordered for pick up it took almost an hr after the time the food was suppose to be ready for pick up. Most of the food has been cold. Today we placed an order. I've ordered my burger with no lettuce nor tomatoes. I requested mushrooms and extra cheese. I get a cold dry burger with no extra cheese nor mushrooms. Instead I got lettuce and tomatoes. My spouse got chicken tenders. They were cold and was only given half a small container of Buffalo sauce. We are not returning here anymore.

Love coming at night love the service at night better than day. The server Juan D. Was always making sure our drinks was refilled and if we needed anything else food preparation always on spot. And the cook Alfonso! so good i will definitely will call before i go to see if he is cooking. Becuase he is the best cook i have experience at night. Lovely dinner.

I wanted pancakes. I waited over 30 minutes to be seated. My order was taken almost immediately. When I had waited 50 minutes and still didn't have my food I said something to the gentleman that had seated me. He told me that they were swamped inside and outside, and with to go orders, and they were doing the best they could. I waited another 25 minutes and then thought to hell with this. Between the 30 minutes waiting to be seated, and an hour and 15 sitting, "I said enough is enough!" And I walked out. I figured they owed me the coffee that I drank while I sat there. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 14 years in every capacity including management in the specialty division of far West services. If they were that busy they should have closed the outside seating and stopped taking to go orders, and satisfied the people that were inside sitting. After that was handled they could have either opened up outside seating again or started taking to go orders again but everyone that worked there was overwhelmed and no one was doing a good job. Every customer was suffering and very upset and angry. Not good when they're also hungry! I'm sure I'm not the only one that has rated them for that day...
