We stop by to eat dine outside obviously due to covid issue there is not only 1 but 2 signs written in plain simple letters anyhow we go inside employee says its close but yet we had 1 hour left based on the sign I had to take a photo of it so it can be clear to the public but still does not make sense so the manager was rude enough to come outside and gave us an explanation which i still doesn't address clearly on the sign and with her same approached and attitude i stated "the proper sign is LAST CALL @1PM" DO NOT PUT A SIGN THAT STATES TAKE OUT AND DINE IN 7am to 3PM yet you say last call at 1pm but sign says 7am-3pm I get it that they don't want to pay the employees OT but yet sign should be stated clearly for costumers not to feel that YOU GUYS ARE REFUSING SERVICE ESPECIALLY THAT WE HAD KIDS

This was at the moreno valley hemlock location 01/27/2019. 100% better than last night at the one on date palm drive in cathedral city(which was horrible). Food was hot i only waited no less than 3 min for service food came in 10min didnt have to ask for water condiments extra napkins. Absolutely beautiful clean. Cooks and servers were in uniform neatly dressed

The online ordering part was simple. Applebee's has the same design. That's where the similarities ended. There is no designated area for curbside pickup. You have to call in to let them know you are there. What's the point of identifying my car if I have to direct you to me anyway. Then the employee couldn't understand my phone number. I don't know why. It took me 3 tries for him to get it. Then food was ready but cold by the time I ate. I guess pancakes shouldn't be ordered online. This location is terrible with communication. Does it really cost a lot to put up a designated area for curbside pickup? It's ridiculous and is also the last time I'm ordering food from ihop.

I usually come here during early morning hours around 4-5am as it's the only IHOP near me open 24 hours. The restaurant is always super clean and staff is always super friendly considering it's usually dead and slow paced during this time. Food is always great and wait is never more than 15 minutes before you're eating. I always enjoy my visits which keeps me coming back.
