Ahipoki Bowl

The food is good, but online ordering is a joke. You might as well wait and stand in line. Today was worse than usual even. I ordered well in advance, walked in and waited at the pick up spot for 20 minutes before any of the workers even acknowledged me only to find out they hadn't even looked at the online orders yet. Then the girl who came on shift when I arrived was told to do my order, but immediately put it down when a new customer walked in and took that customer in front of me. They wasted my entire lunch break today -__- and took 4 walk-ins ahead of me. Didn't even offer anything to make it right.

I come here every week for lunch. Love the service love the food the girls are very attentive and professional Especially the young lady with glasses. I am the type of person that if I go to a business and it is not good I will never go there again and for me to be coming to this place For lunch just speaks itself that this is a great place to eat it is very clean . I did read the reviews prior to me leaving mines and I don’t understand how people are so Easy to complain about The littlest things. .. The Karen’s are at they’re all right now specially during Covid. Keep up the great job essential workers and thank you

Got the large poke bowl with half Brown rice and half salad base, and the tuna, spicy tuna, and octopus for fish. Everything about this place was pretty basic. It didn't taste bad, it didn't taste great, it really didn't taste any different than any other poke place you can go to in the inland empire. It was fairly pricy, but it's sort of what you would expect to pay in every basic poke place. I also got the Thai iced tea... It was way too sweetened, could not finish it, and wasted about 3 dollars on it. This review, however, does not reflect the terrible Thai iced tea, as I'm giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and assuming it was just a bad batch.

I hate to write a bad review but this place is going down hill fast. My family and I have been coming here every week and lately the customer service and toppings have been horrible. My father and I tried coming last night and it looked closed so we went somewhere else. I called this morning to see if they maybe changed the hours because of covid. The lady that answered the phone told me they turn off the closing sign, start cleaning, and get ready to close early if they aren’t busy. You would think you would want business instead of just closing because it’s not busy. These last few weeks they have been out of toppings and they simply tell the customers they are out for the night (and I’m talking 6:30 not at closing time). I don’t know what’s going on at this location but my family and I won’t be back. We have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but nothing is improving. I hope whoever reads this changes the operation of this business.
