Starbucks

Stood at counter for about 4 minutes while 5 employees walked past me, not even one acknowledged my presence!!! I said excuse me like 3 times and they all pretended to not hear me...meanwhile I could literally see my mobile order sitting on the other side of the plexiglass barrier. When the girl finally acknowledged me she didn’t even say sorry for the wait or have a nice day or ask if I wanted a straw. Rude af!!

I had a horrible experience at this place. Thanks to a worker named Kelly, she's just plain old mean. I did nothing to attract her ark. But it seems that she wants to treat everybody like their homeless or not customers I spend quite a decent amount of money at Starbucks and being a part of her job security, one would think I get a little bit more respect. So I'll just write this all down so some of my 40000 plus viewers to find out just how she feels.

It's so inconvenient to get coffee. I can get a pizza from the pizza portal SOOO much easier. The line has 30 cars in it. The app doesn't even forward my order to the location. Horrible. To be clear this review is not about this particular location. It's about Starbucks locations in general and the confusing UI and app.
