Jamba Juice

I ordered a smoothie and 2 Belgian waffles via doordash today, and everything went well until I opened my waffles and noticed they were burnt black, and very hard. I called the store 4 times within 10 minutes to see if I could bring them in and exchange them for ones that weren’t burnt and nobody ever picked up the phone. Not sure why you would even send waffles to someone after they were this burnt, waste of money and I won’t be using this location anymore. It won’t let me add a pic but it’s ridiculous.

Horrible run down location, very poor customer service. Inside is very dirty and floor is disgusting. Entire interior is worn and and not kept to any quality. Drink tasted like it was missing ingredients. Also sign at register said ID IS REQUIRED WHEN USING a CARD, NO one asked to see I.d. glad I wasn't a card thief. I'll stick to my regular location in temecula DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING 1866-GO- JAMBA- IT was some third party company and your complaints are not a priority. Lady just said sorry and have a great week next week JAMBA DO YOUR JOB AND HOLD FRANCHISES TO YOUR STANDARDS ZERO EXCUSES

Hello! I LOVE Jamba Juice , HOWEVER I will NEVER be returning to this location ! The staff is absolutely horrible and RUDE! I walked in with my 2 year old and he wasn’t wearing a mask and the girl behind the counter immediately started yelling at me that ‘I need to go buy him a mask, and oh if they have to wear one he has to too. ‘HES 2 years old !! I asked to speak to the manager ( a girl with short black hair ) and she was kinder and understanding however I had been there LITERALLY the day before and they didn’t asked me for ID when paying with my DEBIT Card , same manager, and this time she wouldn’t accept my payment. YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!

I ordered four Acai bowls and two of them had less product then the others. When I asked why they were like that Kevin said that that's how much is supposed to be in them. I questioned it because the other bowls were filled to the top how they normally are. Then he stated "oh it's because I didnt have enough of the product". Paulina, the girl who took my order, came over with a sarcastic attitude stating that they're supposed to be filled half ways. No, definitely not when they cost almost nine bucks. I asked for a refund and Paulina stated she couldn't because she's not a supervisor and that I would have to come back tomorrow. When I agreed she changed what she had said and stated that the manager would not be in the store until a week later because she's on vacation. Poor customer service. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with how they handled my situation.

Came in to the store and ordered 2 drinks and 2 pastries. The girl making the drinks wasn't wearing a mask and the guy helping had a mask but it only covered his mouth. Apparently she can't wear a mask because of her glasses😑. Anyway, the drinks tasted okay But the pastries that I ordered were super stale. I hurt my teeth when I bit into mine and I told my husband about it so he tried breaking a piece off from his and he said the pastry was hard. I was already almost home when I noticed, otherwise I would have gone back for a refund. I wasted 19.00 for some stale pastries and 2 drinks. So if anyone is gonna get pastries from here, don't. They probably have had these there for weeks.
