Shrimp Factory

I adore this spot! They give first-cleass meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is well trained, I love a lot eating all their dishes. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the clients is agreeable. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend this place.

I like this place but this is the second time we did a phone order and came home with our order messed up! Today they charged us for sausage and didn’t even put any sausage in the bags...So I called and spoke to “Alex” who was soooo sure they triple checked and seen the sausage, like why would we lie about missing sausages and he was so sassy on the phone! I was gonna go back up there but we live too far so they just lost 3 customers! I rather drive to Riverside!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a good place to have some good boiled shrimp. Well, this is it! It all tasted fresh and was full of flavors. The oysters were great and so was the sausage. We had only got the shrimp (which was really good) this first time, for we wanted to "test the waters" before spend the money on something that may not be to our likings but we will definitely be going back to try the other items that they offer. The service was really friendly and the food was brought out at a timely fashion. The place was very clean and the crews were cleaning tables as soon as guests were walking out, preparing them for the next patrons walking in. So overall this place will be our go to place for some good seafood without having to drive 30-60 miles! Thank you again shrimp factory for the great food and the excellent service!

I'D GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. this was my go to place but after today, no. today is Sunday, im not sure if they were really busy or what was going on but i called to place a take-out order and the girl had me on hold for 10 minutes so i hung up and pulled up instead, went inside and ordered and she said give it 10-15 minutes. which was already suspicious because normally they'd say give them 20-25 minutes.. i was expecting longer cause they were so busy today but anyways, i get home and my seafood bag was so cold like it had been sitting out, i felt like it was someone else's cancelled order because i asked for very spicy and it tasted nothing like it. IT WAS MILD. also, this place is always ripping people off because my bag looked nothing like a pound of anything, and another time one of the male workers tried to over-charge me $10 extra. he thought he was slick tipping himself. ive given them too many chances, but never again! always check your receipt.
