I just ordered my daughter a happy meal. They gave me a box full of big mac sauce instead of the chicken nuggets. I tried calling them I cant go back cuz I gotta go to work. Smh.

I'm torn with this location. The majority of the staff are polite and friendly, but they tend to mess up your order. However, the food is usually hot and decent. Lastly, They're pretty much always busy.

I just finished reporting them to Riverside County Public Health Dept. for several infringements related to inappropriate PPE and public health and safety. Please take caution and reconsider a different facility for your fast food. I attempted to call and speak with a manager to notify, but no answer.

frappe machine is down??! at 950pm?? bad time to clean.. this time it was the slowest drive thru of all time. And the lady was unable to hear me for some reason. When I pulled up I figured out, they like to gossip in here..

This McDonalds constantly forgets to follow my instructions for my orders....drive thru workers rush the customers and always anything else instead of suggesting items. Food quality is poor...you should always say you want your food fresh or it will be given to you cold like today...!! I don't like paying for cold food!! To prevent this...check your food right at the drive thru window!!! I'd give them a 0 star but there was option for it. Get your stuff together McDonald's in Riverside at Allesandro Mission Grove Plaza!!
