I understand with this covid-19, lines are a bit longer, however, when you ask for secret sauce at the time you place your order, and remind them about the secret sauce when you drive up to the window to be told to pull forward and they will take the 24 tacos to you ordered out to you WITHOUT the secret sauce. For the manager (who waited for ME to WALK to HIM to get my order) To make a face when I asked where is the secret sauce blew me away. Sorry, but ill pass on this jack in the box.

Worst ever got a breakfast ice cold not toasted and they refuse to replace or refund the money even after seeing and hearing the issue. Never again will I spend another penny at this place since they won't honor thier promise. Seems petty but I would expect a big company to stand behind thier promise and not shun customer's away if they have a complaint. Oh and the manager on duty Brianna was the no help person in charge.

Every single time I come here my order of messed up! Tonight the kid working the drivethru forgot my fork sauce and straw even after I double checked with him that everything was in the bag!
