There's only 1 guy here who knows how to make a milkshake. Everyone else fills half of the thing up with milk so you're drinking 60% milk and barely get any ice cream. I came home and dumped an entire medium milkshake because it tasted like just milk and made me sick after two drinks. A milkshake is supposed to be thick and creamy, not straight milk.

If I can give this place a 0 start I will the manager was so rude unhelpful I can't believe he had the nerve to talk 😤 to me that way ..i order a ice cream oreo cake and it was Nothing but bread 🍞 no oreo ice cream in there get ur self a real ice cream cake somewhere this place is no worth it ...

Hope I have your name right: Jody, you seriously made my 2021 a good start. My last few years have been plagued by tragedy, so coming into 2021 - let's not go there. The little things in life matter. Like Ice Cream! 😁 🍦 Jody went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated that. Customer Service was stellar - we chatted and my experience there was excellent. Thank you, I will not forget this visit! The best customer service as usual. Love this place! 👍👍Thank you - you all are so nice. Putting up with my big orders. So sorry. We love our ice cream!

Very seldom do you encounter a customer service rep that had so much grace and patience with just my order, it was truly Unforgettable! I literally changed my mind about four to five times and each time she graciously withstood my indecisiveness and did it all with a smile! She was great! I don't recall her name but I definitely will remember her face!
