Horrible customer service!! I went in drive thru and noticed the person at the window was NOT wearing gloves. She handed me the drink and I asked her why she wasn’t, and I noticed NO ONE was. She slammed the window on me and I heard her tell the cook in Spanish to do my order over. She STILL didn’t put any gloves on as she handled my food. She handed it to me and I asked her for the manager she said they didn’t have one in and she refused to give me her name. She and the other girl put gloves On. I asked for my receipt which she didn’t give me with the second bag. Another girl came to the window and stated I should have a mask on and slammed th window. There’s NO SIGNAGE stating customers in the drive thru are required to wear a mask for service. I called customer service and drove back around to allow the cars that was building up behind me to get their food. By the time I came back around the drive thru, she was AGAIN without gloves handling the food to give customers out the window. They eventually gave me my receipt but they cut off the part with the store number on the top, the whole whole customer service was on the phone listening to them refuse to identify themselves with no name tags on which is a part of the uniform. If you can, drive further and skip the horrible customer service at this location.

I have yet to receive my order that I ordered over an hour ago. No one was answering the stores phone. Horrible customer service. Paid for my order but have yet to receive it. It's has been over 2 1/2 hours and still haven't received my order but tracking says it's been delivered. Seems they need to vet their drivers better.
