Jackie and Jacob (sorry if that’s wrong spelling) we’re so friendly once I came in, they greeted me with a warm hello. They both were cleaning and preparing their stations, the phone rang and Jacob says “got it” and Jackie said thank you as she was sanitizing the counter before preparing my order. They had great communication while multi tasking. Jackie made my sandwich quick and with ease. She offered other options as I requested avacado and reminded me that it was a little extra (which I knew but still). Then came checkout, I told her I had shore points but another phone number linked to it, she then checked with Jacob to see if we could transfer points to the new number I want to register. AGAIN, their communication and teamwork shines! I told her no worries I didn’t have much points left but she was willing to find out how I could do that (online tech support that Jacob gave me the number for :) ). These two made my visit incredibly pleasant in these crazy times. The store was organized and clean. Overall these two cannot be stopped, GREAT SERVICE!

Placed an order for pick up and not only did they get the sandwiches wrong they also forgot to include several side items we paid for. When we called them their solution was for us to drive all the way back for replacements. The store is far away as is, and driving there twice because they failed to complete our order correctly is not a reasonable solution. I wish they would have just gotten the order right to begin with. All we wanted was to enjoy our incredibly expensive meal but now we can't even do that. Won't be returning here.

I give a star because the food was edible. Waited 30 min for an online order. 4 employees, 2 looked really busy, 2 stood around a lot, as if they had no idea how to do anything else besides what their station required of them. Poor cleanliness and sanitation of work stations. Poor organization of orders and sandwich making. No courtesy. No customer service.
