Mcdonald's

Paid an extra $1.99 for bacon, which is a crazy price, higher than ANY other fast food place, and then they didn't even put bacon on my sandwich. They also had signs posted saying no more than 5 people allowed inside, but the place was full with at least 15 people waiting for food, cramped together because they have their lobby closed.

this is by far the worst McDonald's!!!!! i called yesterday to complain but there is no one answering the telephone. i also called corporate. I have worked in customer service and also in the fast food industry and I understand not every order is going to be 100% but my order was completely HORRIBLE! even for McDonald's standards. my order was 4 cheeseburgers (no pickles or onions) and fries very simple right? well i opened my bag when i got home and saw that all four of my burgers have been squished down and also my "cheeseburgers were missing. cheese!" i live 5 mins away from this place and i should've gone back and complained in person but i was already spend from my day working myself. i just wanted to come home to enjoy my meal. please don't waste your money! do not go to this McDonald's!

Deborah, the store supervisor has great customer service. I’d went there a few days back and she was very fast with food. I had ordered a lot of food, assuming I was going to have to at least wait 20 minutes. While walking out to my car she had called my order up and I was in skeptical on how fresh the food was but it seemed completely fresh with nothing negative in sight. She definitely needs a raise!

Longer wait in the morning. I strongly suggest walking inside to order instead of going through the drive thru. There were about ten cars in the drive through when I saw. Ordering on the self-help screens is also quicker. Clean, new location. Clean restrooms for a McDonald's. Play area here also so I'd recommend

If the length of the line is any indication this McDonald's was great. But the line lies. We received fries that were cold and limp. We drove back around and exchanged them by going inside. The exchange process was no big deal, but totally unnecessary. It appeared the fry girl new these were not up to par.
