I normally love Chili's, but this visit was not my normal visit. What should have been a nice date at a Chinese Food restaurant like my girlfriend wanted. Turned into her getting food poisoning. Unfortunately we were not the only customers that experienced unpleasant meals. The food looked great, but for the most part it was just all looks. The drinks however were on point. Unfortunately this bad visit has left a bad taste in her mouth and don't want to go there again.

Our server was awesome! Great sense of humor and very attentive. Drinks were delicious! Food was good but they forgot to put bacon and grilled onions on our little burgers. The loaded fries appetizer was good but instead of being cheesy and gooey, it was over cooked and cheese was almost crispy, but it was still very good! I will definitely be going back!

Ate here for the first time tonight. The restaurant was clean and our waiter went above and beyond to give us 5 star service. Food was delicious! We definitely will return 👍

I ordered coffee and it was so strong and bitter and cold I couldn't drink it. Sent it back and got some decent coffee. Ordered a steak and asparagus. Steak was so tough and full of silver meat I couldn't eat it. Asparagus was woody! Sent it back and got a decent steak, but asparagus was still woody! Won't be going back there!

After being seated we waited for our waiter for 10 minutes before we were asked for drink's, by then we were ready to order waited 20 before drinks came, waited another 20 minutes for appetizers, 5 minutes late our main entrees came. Waiter checked on us once, brought check then waited 20 minutes for our to go trays. A lot of wait time, food wise steak was dry in fajita plate, jalapeno sausage was cold. I give it a 3 of 5 due to friendliness...

Went for lunch. Waited over an hour for the order to reach our table. The restaurant was empty besides the bar area (self-seating) because everyone finally left because no hostess was there so they were never sat. The manager seemed completely fine with this since we saw her walk around 2x but never reacted to the dumpster fire going on around her.

Me and fiance came to eat. Found two hairs in his food, we don't complain much but wanted to address it. Manager came up and asked how we were doing and we said we were fine and he took off? Very awkward. We were expecting a question from the manager but nope. Very unprofessional and needs to work on Manager skills.

Bad service. Waitresses who talk smack about children who have done nothing. Have to have a minimum tip of 2 bucks. Why should we pay the worthless incompetent workers who aren't even doing their job right nor being polite about it? The food wasn't that good at all. The sausage was way too fatty, the chicken was fatty and tasted like a pile of grease. I cant stand petty people or bad food and this place sadly has both.
