Bamboo Garden

The sushi is phenomenal. Weekly visits have become one of the finest things to look forward to. On the first day I knew it was gonna become an addiction 😂 Our server has been fantastic, and she remembers us. The sushi menu was surprisingly large in my opinion, and overwhelmed me a little at first. Only reading about half of the first page before eagerly making my decision. Everything seems to be uniquely catered in a specific direction, so you shouldn't find much similarity between items.

No buffet, we looked it up before we went and it said there was. I got orange chicken, it was cut up chicken strips (not traditional Chinese fried chicken) with way too much sauce on it. My husband got cashew chicken, it was cut up chicken strips with brown gravy on top and a few cashews sprinkled on. We also got a spicy crab roll and it was fine, but the worst part is we have both been sick since we got home and that was the only food the 2 of us had in common this week. Will not be back.

This place is to Chinese food what Chef Boyardee is to Italian quinine. Service was really good. The food really wasn't. Soup smelled burnt like it had been in a too hot pot for too long. I ordered the sesame chicken; The chicken itself was obviously frozen; rubbery texture, uniformed pieces, and just not good. The sauce was more of a lemon chicken sauce with sesame seeds and way too much garlic. In fact, all I could taste after leaving was garlic. The fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce; no vegetables whatsoever and just plain sad. You know those dry packets of Chinese rice that you add to boiling water? Those are light-years better. Their sweet tea was very good. Aside from the service and everyone being very friendly, my experience was not very impressive.

Food was good, our waitress that handled our table was phenomenal she quickly served our food and perfectly got our order right. Unfortunately, the waiter that was not over our table, had an attitude and was rude when we begun to box our table up. While our waitress was getting our final request, he came to our table and said he needed the payment (As if we were not going to pay). Then when leaving out after paying, we walked around the corner to him saying “Did they pay, they need to pay”. I don’t even understand why he was so invested in our table but I will not be coming back because I felt it may have had to do with my skin color than anything else.

It was a complete failure for being called a chinese restaurant!! My fried rice wasnt fried at all. It was burned white rice. My kids wanted the noodles & meat but what they got was soupy meat with a bowl of chow main hard crunchy things. We asked for real noodles & was brought spaghetti noodles. One lad did try 2 fix it the best she could but I asked for the check and was charged full price for everything!! It was a horrible experience & I plan telling everyone.pp

No Buffet due to covid19. Seated right away. Food was good but a little bland. Waitress was trying to cover the whole restaurant. She was so busy the host and another lady helped serve my meal. Sushi rolls listed on menu, did not have a description of what was in it. Outside Sign was misleading for buffet with sushi, thinking it was open. Will be back when Buffet opens.

I came here on a lunch break while I was in town working. I had the buffet and most of it was quite good. The service was fast, and my drink refilled quickly. The buffet was big enough to get a good variety of foods, but small enough to try a little but of everything. I had actually heard of this place while I was working. They had food catered from here and said they always hope it was from this Chinese restaurant vs another, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am glad I did.
