Pizza Inn

I would give pizza inn a 5 star. A couple years ago I probably wouldn’t have honestly but now it’s amazing! We go there a lot. It’s the one place my kids adore going to. Not only because of the pizza and ice cream of course but of the waiter. The one waitress that’s been there every time we go. My kids absolutely love her! We’ve been going back to this place since my now 14month old was only a couple weeks old. If the owner knows who I’m talking about please thank her! She is such an amazing and soft kinded person! I’ve never seen any waitress work as hard as she does.

The pizza was old and burnt and purely just looked as if it needed to be thrown out and don’t even get my started on the salad bars awful options and there low quality ingredients that goes into the pizzas are very blatantly obvious it’s just an awful expensive place my recommendation for if your looking for good pizza in mountain home is there’s 2 brick oven places and Pizza Hut right by the pizza inn and a dominos and papa johns I will never eat at a pizza place inside a hotel again ewwwwww

Visited last night around 7pm from out of town for a family funeral. Definitely not a place we’d come back to if we did live here. My wife’s family 30-40 years ago used to frequent this place all the time when everyone used to live here. They were excited to try this place again and it was our 15 yr old sons bday so we were looking forward to a fun night out and good food. The whole place was literally empty, the side of the restaurant (barside) was where the majority of the customers and ourselves were located. No one was rude, but there was a total of 4 ppl working that we saw. Lady at front counter w/ mask on, 2 servers (lady & young kid) and then what looked like the manager? in the back attempting to cook everything and keep up. Our waitress was nice and apologized a few times throughout the night because of different things. Maybe they we’re having a off night for a Wednesday night and low staffed but it was ridiculous and they were totally off their game. There was no variety whatsoever, the salad bar containers that happened to have something in them were low, didn’t look fresh, nothing looked like it was being circulated with new food or in the very least fill up the containers full and wipe the salad bar down to at least give the appearance they were trying to stock everything back up, to make it look clean, fresh, or have the appearance of a fully stocked legit salad bar. There was smeared dressing and items on the salad bar, utensils ran out. The pizza bar was low the entire time we were there, the manager did bring out new pizzas when he was able to keep up but they struggled to even keep the 4-5 containers of potato wedges, sausages, pasta, garlic rolls etc filled up and looking fresh. The side dish section next to the pizzas had the capacity of what looked like to be around 12-15 spots to place different foods or have some variety but all the spots were totally empty except for the 4-5 containers of marinara sauce, pasta, potato wedges, garlic rolls and something else. There was just no variety period! If the food bar has a capacity to hold 12 food containers then place all 12 holes with containers with diff types of food, fresh variety, and give the appearance of trying to provide variety why only place 4-5 containers and stop there? You look at the website and marketing and Pizza Inn makes it sound like they set the industry standard for all things buffet, variety and freshness. If you’re going to only place 5 containers then in the very least keep those full, stocked with fresh looking food, stir what’s in them to give a fresh appearance and do it well, and repeat often. They weren’t able to keep containers full, we asked several times about getting the wedges refilled and when we finally decided to leave they showed up. My son filled up his napkin with potato wedges and we left. Two containers of pasta and something else looked like it hadn’t been filled, rotated for awhile. My father in law was the one who went by and stirred what was remaining on the bottom of the containers to give them a more presentable look, give them a fresh look but we all passed. Ice cream station was out of bowls, and our one son used his brothers bowl to get ice cream. The restaurant just seemed unorganized, messy, and totally unprepared for the small amount of customers that were in last night. Would HATE to see what this place is like on a busy night. Staff was nice enough but definitely in over their heads and definitely not worth the price of admission nor what was expected. We certainly won’t visit again when we come back to town. Popeyes or Wendy’s would have been a better option and much cheaper. I’m originally from Wyo area and Pizza Ranch in the Colorado/Wyo area is a 5 star experience compared to this 🤨 Hopefully this was a off night and something the locals can get behind and support.

I was in to eat on Thursday night and stephanie who was waiting on us . I asked her if she was the owner . To my surprise she said no she was just the waitress ! She takes so much pride in what she does I thought she was the owner! She had about 9 tables took care of us supper good made sure we all had the kind of pizza we wanted made sure it was good and hot ! I have never seen a waitress take such pride in not only her work but to make sure every pizza was to our liking ! And it was ?

Granted we went on Mother's Day, but there was very little food available on the buffet. At the hour we went, the establishment wasn't busy at all. The pizza and pasta that was available was pretty dried out. The employees did try to make an effort to refill the buffet with fresher food while we were there. Personally, I think the Pizza Inn in Mountain View is better than the one in Mountain Home.
