Buffalo Wild Wings

Well, this is the second or third time that we’ve ordered from this specific location and the order has been wrong. Not only was the order not right, but the food was old and reheated and burnt. Not fresh at all. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat and is now the worst. This is the last time the Mountain Home location will receive our business.

This was the third time we tried this place. The first two were bad, but because my guy loves their wings we tried it again. Our waitress was sweet, but the wait time was not. One cocktail took over 15 minutes. The place was almost empty. Our waitress said well he’s kinda slow. When we got our food, the fries were super cold and my wrap was not good at all. Will never go back there,

I ordered a water and it had a cap over it, which is fine but when I took the cap off of the cup it had a huge black hair that matched my waiter’s hair. It took me 10 minutes to get another cup of water after being ignored by my actual waitress. And when I did get my drink she didn’t even take the cup of water with the hair. As I was sitting there waiting for my salad for 30 minutes I saw my waitress touch the trash with no gloves from the kitchen and then saw her handle food seconds later. I have never been so disgusted at a restaurant before until I went to this one.

Really slow service for the 4 groups that were there. Our waitress decided she didn't want to take any more tables for the day so eventually the guy behind the bar decided to take care of our table. He was great and the food was okay. Not 100% sure the buffalo sauce I ordered was actually their buffalo sauce. Couple TVs in there definitely need to be replaced. We were here for roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Before I left this review, I filled out the survey listed on bottom of receipt for feedback. Gave them co tact info and said they could contact me. Never heard a thing. We went at a slow time, 2:30 in the afternoon. We got our drinks placed our order. It took 45 minutes to receive our food. Within that time, We only received one refill and that was only because we managed to flag down our server who only had three tables. 45 minutes later when our food comes, we start eating but most of it is lukewarm if that. The server never came back one time after bringing our food to see how it was or if we needed anything else. I went to the front desk to get our check and she was at the register. I asked for my check and she said, “Who was your server?” 🤦🏼‍♂️ Slow service and slow food...which, in fairness to the cooks, probably sat a long time before getting to the table.

Terrible service very disappointed.. Our waitress was very rude. She took our order brought us our food and forgot about us. Never once asked if we needed a drink refill. It was 30 minutes finally brought our check. When i payed she asked if she did something wrong not to receive a tip? I simply said we never got checked on and never got any refiles so she said next time we come to not sit in her section.. I have never once been to a restaurant so unprofessional and rude. I will never step back into that place again.

Only 6 tables seated in dining area, but it took 40 minutes to get our order for 2 people. Bar drink was terrible, so it was sent back. I opted for iced tea instead. Was never offered a refill, and my glass sat empty for 10 minutes..when she finally came back with our check. Still no offer for a refill. Had to ask waitress for napkins and silverware. Food tasted fine, but this is my 3rd visit with either terrible service, long wait time for meal, or menu items not available.

We arrived at 6:00pm, and the parking lot had less than 15 cars, after originally wanting to squeeze 5 of us to a booth we had to ask to be switched to a table. Our drinks and order were taken and that’s when it all went down hill. We didn’t get our appetizers until 645 after having to ask about them TWICE and the appetizers came out luke warm. From our table we could see the serving window and watched our food sit in the window for a minimum of 15 minutes, when our food was finally brought out it was all ice cold, and the coleslaw was disgusting, it tasted like vinegar was dumped on top of it. From the time we got there to the time we left was over an hour and a half and over 45 minutes was waiting on food. They did bring our over $100 bill down to $70 but that’s about the only positive part of this review. We definitely will not be back again.
