We love Fatty’z and order it very often. The food is amazing but the reason for this rating is solely due to the poor customer experience that I received over the phone. I ordered through the slice app around 5:15 and it estimated my delivery time to be around 6:37 at the latest, which I expected on a busy Friday night. At 6:22 I was alerted that my order was on the way. 30 minutes go by and still no pizza. My husband called the restaurant and no answer. The slice support person called the restaurant and no answer. I called and finally got through and spoke with a girl who couldn’t find my name on an order so she passed me off to someone who deals more with the slice app. He was extremely rude when I calmly explained that I was told my order was on it’s way almost 40 minutes ago at this point, and he proceeded to tell me that the driver just left and it will get there when it gets there and hung up. Shortly after the call my order arrived. The Pizzas were over all delicious and still hot and the customer service from the delivery guy was great as always. My biggest complaint is don’t tell people to use the slice app if you aren’t going to estimate an accurate wait time and don’t let people know their orders are on the way when they are in fact not. I completely understand being busy but being completely rude to someone nicely explaining a situation is unacceptable.

First and foremost I hope the owner gets this and when Fatty’s opened we have since ordered from them almost every Friday and usually call in between 3-4pm to give ample time for a 6pm delivery. Originally the service was amazing, prompt, friendly and punctual. We had one order get burnt and it was immediately fixed and a new pizza delivered. However, for the past couple of months service has been terrible. We have had order constantly messed up and not fixed. Orders that were for delivery that never showed and had to go pick them up just to find no one in the restaurant and 6 employees behind the counter. The gentleman (E.S.) that takes the phone orders now is rude and gives constant excuses on why orders can’t be delivered with 2+hrs notice and offers some extra ranches for there mistakes. Or says they are on there way and then call back and state that the pizza is still at the restaurant and has been ready for pickup for a while when I’m fact it’s was supposed to be a delivery. Not only is the now pizza cold we have also been lied to when checking on the order. Order over the phone now seems impossible as they hardly answer the phone. It is completely unfortunate on what is happening to there online delivery, phone delivery and phone service. I know loosing our business until the current employees are trained or replaced will not effect the business greatly however I hope it provides some insight to the owner as I am not alone in this matter. I will also remove this review once service has been restored. We hope to do business again in the future. Have a great day.

I love the crunchy bread on this pizza. The sauce and cheese was well balanced. Can recommend to anyone living around or just passing by this good town.

Great pizza for a great price! You can definitely tell their pizza is made by hand with fresh ingredients! Best of all, it's not covered with tons of grease! (My wife stole a piece of the cheese bread before we even made it home 🤣)

Ordered two pizzas. One was undercooked in the center of the pizza. The other was burnt. THIS was somehow acceptable to box and send off. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to check my pizzas when I pick them up. Save yourself the time/money and order from Pizza Hut.

What is up with fattys lately? The customer service is absolutely ridiculous we have been trying to order from you guys all day no answer at all someone finally answers and the call got dropped no phone call back. I tried to call back over 9 times and no one answers!! and it just goes to voicemail what is going on? Anyways Placed a order with someone that actually answers their phone!! Ps if this is a phone issue on your end maybe get it fixed this is not a new issue and we have seen others post about this same issue and the rude customer service !!

First time I have eaten here, and the food was great. They were very helpful and even made a special pizza for my son who has food allergies (Dairy), highly recommend.
