Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is set up in a nice location; however, the restaurant wasn't great. Food was ok. But restaurant didn't feel clean. Fountain drinks are was neglected because of all the splash marks everywhere. Workers didn't clean up the food area when setting up the food. Server that handled our order didn't even talk or respond. He just pointed at what we wanted lol. There were like 5+ workers behind the counter most of the time. No greetings from anyone lol. Overall, the organization at this establishment could be improved. But if you just want a quick bit in this area, feel free if you don't mind the dining area.

Paid with door dash for our meals, just want some chicken burrito bowl, all we got was chicken, a big empty bowls with some chicken meat. It's not even door dash' fault. Like who even handed this out? Couldn't the people at the front register tell how light weight it is? Now we have to sit here been hungry and have to wait on customer service. Since they want to refund us $2.84 For a $30+ order. So ridiculous. Update: we replaced the order, and it happened again. Speechless for why I made such decision.

I've been eating here for many, many years... This place used to be good, but the last few times I've been there it has been obvious that the service has declined terribly. The last straw was my online order yesterday in which instead of putting brisket they put... nothing. And it was more than 30 minutes late.

We were given an abnormally small burrito - about half the size as usual. Honestly not a big deal, we just went in to have it remade, but the manager seemed to be straining to process the situation? 🤯 Thankfully the young man working the assembly counter took over and whipped up a replacement burrito very quickly and kindly...hopefully a spot opens up soon for him to be promoted.

I've come to expect chipotle to mess up my food in new and novel ways but usually I just eat it. This time however I was given a very small burrito. I talked to the staff about it and they were great! But the manager came out and didn't seem to believe that it was too small. But it clearly is, it's less than half the size they always are. I'm not sure why he is a manager, he doesn't seem very bright and he definitely is not personable. It seems like the staff are much more intelligent and suited for that job but whatever. I'm just glad I don't work for that neanderthal.

This is hands down the WORST Chipotle Ive ever ordered at. we've been 3 times, ( I know, I know...why do we keep going back??!) ALL 3 times, they've gotten our orders wrong, and not just a little wrong, "you gave us someone else order wrong" we've ordered from uber eats twice and had to go back to the store to get the right order, they never have chips even though it lets you order it online, then forcing us to go through the reimbursement online (which for a bag of chips is it even worth it?) and they're always short staffed. I feel for them, I do, which is probably why we kept going back, but after the manager was rude to us this time, we will never be returning to this branch.

Just go to a different chipotle location. The staff always forgets at least one side in mobile orders. I have paid for several queso blancos and not received them. The staff might as well have headphones in because their barely acknowledge your presence while slopping together your order. There was one time where an employee flipped out and yelled at people to get out of the store, then locked the doors so nobody could come in. I like the food from chipotle, I just don’t like this specific store.
