The House Of Misal

Small place just adjacent to Plaza Cinema in Dadar. As the name suggest, one should come here if he/she is a misal fanatic. They have quite a variety on the menu. We tried the coal smokey infused one(tandoori), puneri & mumbai one. Each had a unique distinct flavor. The pavs are soft. We even ordered buttermilk and kokum serbet both of which were delightful. After having food, we did not feel heavy as one often feels. This is a good indication the the food served is fresh and cooked with good ingredients. The seating area is limited so one might need to wait. However, this is worth the wait. Alternately one can always take a parcel. Do is this if you are into misal. Highly recommended.

The place has ample seating area and serves various Misal along with fusion flavours as well as original ones.My personal favourite was the Tandoori misal Tandoori misal's gravy was thick as Kolhapuri but farsan had tandoor flavour it was bit smoky as it is tandoori misal...if you like smoky flavour then go for it...it has bit of ghee flavour to farsan where each one of them had their own masala which made all the difference for me! I also tried the Tacos Misal and Misal Panipuri which was so balanced on spices also kokam sharbat and lassi and would recommend them to people who cannot tolerate a high spice level. The best thing is the taste of each is so unique & so damn tempting! Misals were truly exceptional. Each misal lived up to its name, although only to a certain extent. A good choice for a lazy visit or even lunch with friends.

Recently visited house of misal dadar Tried tandoori misal pav 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 it was soo spicy 🔥 and totally worth the price If you are someone who love spicy misal this place is for you. They serves varities of misal We also tried tried tacoos misal The combo was amazing Kolhapuri misal was also one of the best I ever had🥵🥵🥵 Also had chaas after soo much spicy food 😍 Totally loved the food Highly recommend you guys to visit this place for some amazing misal😍

When in dadar & want's to eat awesome full spicyyy food. This is the place you need to go & try their misal thali. What I have tried 1) Tandoori misal pav : Served with hot charcoal fumes, Spicy in taste & great Quanity can get extra pav & taste the awesomeness ❣️ 2)Cheesy misal cups : This is a fusion misal of house of misal Small cups filled with misal & chesse topped with coriander & chat Can add more rassa from above & enjoy this fusion food 3)Pani puri misal : Another superb thing by house of misal Pani puri gol gappe is our all time favourite but this misal pani puri is something different you would be getting puri stuffing would be the misal & rassa with meeta chutney Try this if you visit this place it's a fun snack to try. 4) Shots -Solkadi -Aampanna -lassi After eating such crispy things this shots would be a relief. Do visit this place because I loved each & everything which I tried here.

Their menu consists of types of Misals and usals and the variations are based as would be the highlight if it would be served in that specific city and also the fusion dishes variety. In frame – Tandoori missal, tacos missal, aam panha and kharwas. 1) Tandoori missal: The missal is served with farsan in a small matka in which there is a bowl of charcoal kept for that smokey effect. The missal is on the spicy side, but it is a perfect combination of blended spices, which add in to the delicious taste. The primary ingredient is matki, which is properly cooked and being a sprout also adds up to the whole nutritious value of the Dish. Also served 2 Pavs, chopped onions, lemon all these additions complement the original taste even better. 2) tacos missal(5/5): This is surprisingly amazing fusion with the tacos stuffed with onions, tomatoes, cabbages and matki all in schezwan sauce. The tari is given separately which can be poured on these tacos and enjoyed. An amazing concept to try on. 3) aam panha - this is traditional raw mango drink having that sweet and tangy taste of kairi in it. 4) kharwas - this is again a traditional sweet dish which is quite similar to the malai and is creamy. Perfectly apt after having the spicy missal. Definitely try this Overall rating - 5/5 Final verdict, this great and delicious effort to provide variations to the humble and simple Misal, keeping its basic essence and authenticity intact. The proportion of food portion is excellent and so is the quality. The misal tastes delicious and overall it is a thumbs up experience and would definitely like to try the other variants as well.

This places serves varities of Misal Pav ans is usually crowded due to this dish being quite popular in this part of Mumbai. It is located just opposite to Sena Bhavan and very near to Dadar Railway Station as well. They say that the Tandoori Misal is their speciality so we ordered that. Also we ordered Nashik Misal which is Matki Misal which was a good. Also Kolhapuri Misal was spicy and tasted really good. Also they serves various beverages like Solkadhi, Piyush, Chaas, Aam Panna, Kharwas etc and moderate rates. A good place to visit!!!

The place is quiet compact but good for a small group of people The place offers good variety of misal types including: 1.Kollhapuri Misal 2.Malvani Misal 3.Tandoori Misal 4.Upwasachi Misal 5.Special Misal 6.Schezwan Misal 7.Panipuri Misal 8.Chaat and Panipuri shots 9.Tandoori Chai The place is very very reasonable and the quality and quantity of food served is far more acceptable and satisfying compared to the rates . The place doesn't have AC and doesn't offer Parking ,the interiors is average . Must Try : Tandoori Misal
