Amazing ambience and the food here is amazing and the staff is really friendly and the service is really quick and had tried the pizza the pizza they serve is thin crust and toppings are really tasty and then had the cheesy lasagne they cheesy sauce is just yummy and tasty and the layers of the lasagne are just mind blowing are really the best should really visit this place near to the ville Parle station and this location is in the east. Really love the visit here surely going to visit again.

I'm visiting here from last four years. I love all their tea menu and their cold coffee is my favourite from their list❤. Even I love oolong tea, detox, green tea bliss etc. Now they have soo much improved with their eatable menu and I'm so happy with that. Their onion pakoda and ginger tea is my favourite menu in rainy season. Over all for me it's a best cafe in the Viviana mall. And I will not say I would love to visit because, I already visit here again and again.

Great cafe with amazing interiors and seating options. Apart from that, the food is really good in taste and quantity, atleast the items we ordered. Located on a not so busy Ville Parle road, close to station quarters. Washroom available and Paytm is accepted (as per the date of this review). Tea Trails has been rightly named; their teas are just amazing. Located right next to Vile Parle station, this place provides the right atmosphere for a casual conversation with friends, a get-together with family, or an intimate meeting with your date. The ambiance is very good. There is a wall dedicated to random works of art that revolve around tea. The chairs are comfortable and provide a decent lounging experience. The service is also pleasant. Our server was friendly and gave his recommendations on the teas they do best. I highly recommend the Cranberry Iced Tea. This refreshing drink was something I never experienced before. Tea Trails does provide food and you do have offers on the same. However, despite the tempation of saving money on eats, I don't recommend the food here. They serve food that you'll easily get in any other joint. That being said, they do serve some decent Peri Peri Fries. I'm certainly heading back to this chain for their teas. It's definitely worth a visit.

Located just 5 minutes away from Vile Parle station and has ample seating space. Ambience (4/5): Calm, cozy and ideal for long chats. Good music too. Food (3.5/5): We ordered a Loaded Nachos and a Pasta Alfredo. The nachos had ample amount of toppings and tasted quite good, but cheese sauce would have been better than the grated cheese on top. The pasta could have been cheesier too, but tasted okay nonetheless. Overall it's a good place to chat, and has some good offers to avail during the IPL season.
