Vihar Lake is one of the biggest lake in mumbai......... There is a filtration plant, and we drink water from this lake.................... From here methi river originates and this lake is originator.................... They have a great view too.................... And after coming here you will feel like that you are in Nature...............................

Hidden gem for cyclists and bikers in Mumbai, this is a nice off-roading destination. During the monsoon, it turns into a green heaven and looks nice and lush. The approach road has tall palm trees that give a feel of being in Kerala and looks absolutely picturesque. There's a small off-roading trail that will lead you to the lake. The lake looks absolutely gorgeous in the morning with the sunrise reflection making it look even more beautiful. Best to go post 7am, as it bright and well lit. Do not venture inside the water as there are crocodile infestation in it. If you go deeper inside, you'll find a nice camping area that looks like an island of green even during the summer season.

I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I reached this beautiful lake. My friends and I were cycling around Powai and explored this beautiful lake. The lake is all the more appealing owing to it being present right in the middle of the concrete jungle!! It's the perfect getaway with the most soothing view 😁

This place is mind blowing but some people come there to drink but lakes other sides is good very few people's go there because this lake is very big we can do trekking over there but don't go alone there go with friends or elders if anybody wants to photos pre wedding shoot they should go there.You can do fishing also visit at least ones .
