This Starbucks location is fantastic, they have excellent customer service and everything is always fresh.

I see all these 4 and 5 Star reviews, I hate to do it because I love Starbucks but I've got to give this visit a 1 Star... I ordered ahead for a Cafe Mocha, I opened the lid as I always do and when I saw my drink was 3/4 full and on the cool side I was shocked, if I hadn't of left the parking lot I would of gone back in. Lessen learned I guess, I just blew $4.27 on a $2.50 drink.

The service was fast especially 5 different drinks. The cashier was courteous. All the drinks were delicious. We visited the Starbucks on the main drag in Muncie.

They were out of drink carriers so they helped me out and got a box from the back, and even helped me get to the car with it when I picked up our large order for my work. So kind and helpful! I really appreciated the treatment I received going here even with such a large order.

Bad day to visit... waited 20 minutes to discover they were out of the only bagel I can eat here, and I couldn’t get out of line because they were getting a delivery and the truck had me parked in ☹️

Eddie is the greatest, so handsome with his beautiful blue eyes and bubbly personality. I love all the baristas!!! Fast, friendly and always very helpful. And such a clean well stocked store. Thank You Muncie Starbucks!!!
