Domino's Pizza

I keep forgetting Domino’s is here in Muncie. I decided to google pizza instead of ordering my typical. I loved the text updates. It was so helpful when it was time to board the grandkids to the table. The delivery guy was very quick and pleasant. But my shock was when I opened up each item and it was all so Beautifully put together and HOT! I was very impressed with this service. I recommend y’all NOT forget Dominoes is here. I’m going to have to order for the office now!

The Muncie, IN store is hands down the best. They make the food exactly how you want it and its perfect every time. You feel welcome when your in the store. I travel and go to different stores regularly and this store is my favorite. My company services restaurant oven & refrigeration equipment and Dominos stores have the cleanest stores out of all the big pizza chains.. Just visiting town for the night. Tired, in a hotel, wanted pizza. They were pleasant over the phone but apologized and said it would be over an hour and a half wait. We were fine with that and ordered. Barely 40 minutes later they were knocking on the room door with hot pizzas and ice cold sodas. Super speedy and great service. The pizza was awesome too!

Very poor service. I went to pick up a $50+ order when the tracker said it was done and had to wait almost another hour to get my food. I sat and watched the employees make and handle food without gloves and was told they were no required to. My food was pretty nasty after waiting way too long, they gave me the wrong dipping sauce. My wife called and the manager told us she would refund us about 1/2 the cost, but never did it. My wife called back and the "manager" Joe hung up on her so the next step is going to corporate. He was trying to offer a gift card but we do not want the gift card since we will not order from there since they are so unsanitary handling food.
