Cousin Vinny's Pizza

Has anyone noticed the terrible service and delivery times recently??? This place has a history of getting rid of there best employees, or overworking the ones they have. If you wanting fast service and good quality food, I suggest Papa John’s, Domino’s, Pizza Hut....quality is guaranteed and delivery is always fast and easy.

I placed an order online for a veggie revival because it was veggie without olives. The first order was pretty fast and the delivery guy was awesome, howecer they messed up n delivered a normal veggie pizza, no big deal, they replaced it, as long as they got 3/4 of the original one back. The second delivery arrived quickly, and was tge one i originally ordered, but it had a massive amount of olives on it... I can't eat olives...

Service and delivery times are absolutely terrible. Drivers always look like they’re stoned or on something, and my food is always delivered cold, I am told 45 minutes and food doesn’t come for two hours. Everytime I request my favorite driver I’m told he isn’t working there. This place is just terrible anymore. Not to mention my pizzas don’t even look like pizzas, not round, half the pizza is burnt other half isn’t cooked all the way. Better options everywhere.

In all honesty, one of the worst pizza joints I have ever eaten at. Ordered for the first time the other day and the young lady seemed stressed and not really too friendly, once I gave them my order it took over 2 hours to get to me, by that time my pizza looked terrible, was slid all over the box, and my breadsticks were burnt, my drinks warm, and my wings barely cooked. Called back and was told my order was coming back out, NEVER ARRIVED. So many other options with great service and quality in Muncie.

Philly Hoagie and Chocolate chip pizza...my reasons to go on! I've read A LOT of allegations and rumors about this joint, but my experiences (and there have been many, many of them) with Cousin Vinny's have been fast, friendly, timely and without error, ever... The hours they managed to keep all through this nasty Covid mess saved so many people from countless trials and tribulations namely, their employees and especially customers. I can't appreciate them enough - those employees who always seemed to answer the phone, take and make orders, and deliver countless orders all through and well into the evening and early morning hours. Thanks y'all for saving me and mine from starvation and insanity one covid shut down day at a time!
