Longhorn Steakhouse

First of all, I want to give Nathan, our server, a huge shout-out! Nathan was attentive, answered all questions about the menu with knowledge and was friendly. We went about 5:00 and the restaurant wasn't crowded yet. We got seated almost immediately. All of our steaks were on point as were the appetizers. Highly recommend.

We were a party of six. When my daughter and I arrived it was very busy with the lunch crowd. I was told it would take 15-20 wait. So I put my name on the wait list. In less than 10 minutes I received a text letting me know that my table was ready. It was perfect timing because the rest of my party had just arrived. We were greeted be a very nice and very patient server. Half of my party ordered burgers and a chopped steak. My daughter ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and I ordered the grilled shrimp. Our food arrived very quickly. Our server would stop by our table every few minutes to check on us and top off our glasses of water. We all enjoyed our meals. I know this to be true because our table fell silent for a few minutes as we enjoyed our meal.

Julie was amazing!! We had a party of 12 with very specific modifications to our orders. Everything came out great, never had to wait for refills and she and the staff kept the table cleared throughout the meal. Julie was extremely kind and friendly. All the assisting staff were great. Awesome experience and we'll be back!

I was brought here for my birthday, and so I got a really nice steak, which was excellent. It was cooked correctly, and the sides were great as well. I got a nice ice cream dessert with a handwritten "happy birthday" next to it, too. Our waiter was super friendly and good at his job. I for sure would go back, especially on my birthday for that yummy treat.

I ordered a well done Rib eye and Specifically requested it Not to be charcoal Burnt and this is what they did to this poor rib eye steak! I was sooooo Disappointed! Took my daughter and my boyfriend for their 1st and most likely Last visit here. The Worst Steak I have EVER been served! I expected So Much More from Long Horns. Update: Longhorn Steak sent me a 30.00 gift card inwhich I was Very Pleased with UNTIL I used it today for ~ Take Out~ And come home to eat dinner with the family and our cheese is MOLDED GREEN!! WTW!!! I called the restaurant and they just said they will let them know in the back to stop serving it and apologized and hung up.

My husband and I haven't been to Longhorn in years because the last time we went the steak tasted bland but it wasn't this location. We wanted to give it a try after reading the recent good reviews and I am glad we did. Food was cooked to perfection. Steaks (sirloin and new york strip), lobster and shrimp all seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly. The glazed Brussel sprouts were really nice too. Our waiter Jade was very smiling and attentive. She was very sweet when we asked her to take our picture. Will be coming back for sure. Fabulous food and service.
