Starbucks

Unorganized. Try to avoid this place at all costs. Not sure if they need more staff or what the issue is. I placed a mobile order and waited half an hour for it to be ready. Still wasn’t made, so I go through the drive thru because there weren’t any cars in line. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. There isn’t much point in making mobile orders at this location if they never have it ready. I would be more understanding if they were a lot of people waiting but there wasn’t hardly anyone there. Will be avoiding this Starbucks all together from now on.

I waited about 20-30 minutes for my drink today. Now I knew that ahead of time as walking in I realized they were very busy, but I decided to wait anyways. Starbucks I realize you are busy, but you could at least make the drinks right for the customers you have in there patiently waiting. My drink was completely wrong, a latte with NO milk in it. If we're going to wait for our drinks in a busy time you could at least take the time to make them right.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. While they work well to keep the drive thru line working, I find it quicker to run inside. The staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable about their drinks, too. Compared to several other nearby locations, this is the Starbucks I return to on various weekends.

Absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Had to wait over 30 minutes for two drinks as I watched person after person come in and be served before us. Then once my drink was ready they proceeded to let it sit there for 5 minutes before I had to walk up and ask for it. Then to top it off my Caramel Macchiato was terrible consisting of just warm milk and whip cream. I will never waste 30 minutes of my life or $1 at this place. Pretty sad that I can make a 10 times better drink in a cheap Keurig and in a tenth of the time.
