Crispy fish sandwich is really good (I prefer just the patty with a little tartar, though). But the fries were cold and dark, and when I asked for fresh hot fries, she said, "We just put those out!" Ma'am. So, I'm a liar? She brought out hot fries, but HOW OLD IS THIS GREASE?!?!? 🙄 I'm over it. Eight bucks for a crispy fish patty and over-iced Coke. Got it!

The drive thru speaker was not working and so i drove to the window and was greeted by the rudest fast food worker ever! She acted like it was my fault and refused to take my order. Everyone please heed my warning...Do not go here under any circumstances. In all my 46 years of life, i have never encountered anything like this before and right in front of my 8 year old daughter! Absolutely the worst!!!

First time eating here.
The bread is very doughy. Brisket sandwich was tasty. Nothing enough to want me to repeat the experience.
We was the first eat in customers and the restroom was out of paper towel. The staff were pleasant enough

We should not have to wait 20 minutes at the drive thur just for someone to take our order. Why do you only take 1 car at a time? You take one order and make the other person wait until you finish the 1st one. Just so you can make your system look good?! Big 0 stars.

Was asked to pull forward to the window to order because they couldn’t understand my order. They acted like I was an inconvenience because I ordered four meals… Both girl at window and the manager were rude and were rushing my order. I heard the manager say to another employee “Maybe we would have all of these other orders ready if this one didn’t take so long.” Was still trying to be really nice to them at this point because I thought it could have been an off night. But then I also tried to use the gift card in which I have had trouble using at this location before… I told her just to put it in manually and that is what worked last time. She processed to point at her manager tag and say “honey I know.” I also then did not get my other order of Mozzarella sticks. Overall just horrible customer service so do not waste your time coming to this location.

Chafin place either needs more workers or to take better care. Half my sandwich was missing meat and we were missing a regular fry in the drive thru. This isn't the first issue on an order. With it also hard to get in and out on that street, just go elsewhere.

It was just okay, in Denver they give me a Sr. Discount, not here, understaffed, took a long time to get my order, all dinning tables dirty, Brisket was ok a little chilly but it was good also I forgot to ad the clerk refused to give me a Sr discount, I looked it up Generally speaking, Arby's will offer those 55 and over a 10 percent discount on their order. Additionally, many locations will give older ...I wont go back to this one

Horrible. Waited 15 minutes at drive thru just to order, another 10 for my food AND NO ARBY'S SAUCE. Short staffed so not the employees fault but I won't be back anytime soon. Go elsewhere unless you have an hour to waste and a stockpile of sauce at home.
