Uncle Maddio's Pizza

Shame on whoever reduced this establishment's 5 star reality! Our food was awesome and price point acceptable. But more so, the manager made my food allergy very important to serve. They crafted my steak and blue pizza from all fresh ingredient containers so that I would not experience any cross contamination. Spectacular experience! I'm gonna have dreams of repeating my pizza!

Food was delicious. Built my own pizza and had a cannoli that was amazing. The other person with me is allergic to dairy and gluten intolerant and when she mentioned it they asked questions to make sure they handled it correctly. She said her pizza was one of the best she's ever had since she hasn't been able to eat gluten. They even had a gluten free chocolate dessert for her. The staff were also fantastic. We even met the owner who was happy and enjoyed taking care of his guests and it was an overall great experience. We can't wait to return.

When you can walk through the door, the staff greet you by name, and they know your order (even though it's not on the menu, then you know that you've reached Customer Service UTOPIA! I pass several other places that sell salad and pizza, but the extra miles and time to drive to this location is worth it! Courtney and EVERYBODY here really make an old dude like me feel special! I haven't seen The Dental Hygienist and I miss her! She ALWAYS makes me laugh!! The tatted manager has given me excellent referrals on where to get my work finished! She's really cool too! The young Brother always asks me how I'm doing and we chat for a few minutes! The food is GREAT, but the people working there are some of the GREATEST...EVER!!

The staff is very friendly. They were chatting and joking around, and very attentive. They also all seemed to get along well with each other and made us feel like family. This was my first time there. I was wanting to try it out, because I noticed it as I passed by after getting a haircut. I brought another reviewer with me and we were both impressed. He took a lot of pictures, because the restaurant just looks nice and is pretty. They have a lot of great ingredients that you can't always find at other pizza restaurants. The pizza itself really does remind me of the pizzas back in Italy. They even have arugula which is very common in Italy too. Their choices for toppings have American favorites, but I really can see a strong Italian influence. The crust is also well made and their dough recipe is really great. It has the soft texture, but crispy crust of an Italian pizza. --and the toppings cut into just the right sizes and distributed so that the flavors blend well (as in, the tomatoes were diced into a good size to spread it evenly, without overpowering anything--instead of just huge slices of tomatoes). It was also evenly spread, so you didn't just have random slices with most of the toppings LOL! We got the steak and Bleu pizza--which was fantastic! They layered the toppings as we would do in Italy, too. They started with the garlic olive oil as a base and the arugula and worked their way up and it really did balance the whole pizza. We were very impressed. We aren't very picky eaters, normally, but we are foodies and appreciate good food. This place was awesome and we'll definitely be coming back to it! 😋 Especially, if I miss Italy... This place has a similar taste. The only difference would be a wood oven, but otherwise, it is very similar 🤤🥰🥰🥰 (Obviously, I loved the pizza hahaha!)
