Jersey Mike's Subs

CHECK YOUR ODER BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE!! I work close to this location so I go on my lunch break often. I always order online or call in a pick up. They use to be pretty good but now they have gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row. And I don’t do long complicated orders. I get one sandwich, mikes way, just for me. I get the club and they have forgotten the bacon twice and have forgot to put mayonnaise and and vinegar/oil twice. The 5th time they gave me rosemary parm bread when I asked for white. I get that it’s not out of the ordinary for mistakes to be made with orders, but 5 time in a rows shows carelessness and across the entire establishment

Got a Club Sub, Chips, and a Drink. And i order here when i have money to do so. But today was absolutely the best service, attitude, and even atmosphere. The girl helping me was incredible. Seemed to me she was going out of her way to help not just me but the whole store was full. If anyone she deserves a raise and a vacation! I’ll definitely keep going here just for that kind of service. Absolutely AMAZING.

My husband and I went in to get two subs mine is gluten-free unfortunately as I have celiac. The person working started making my husband's then another customer comes in and the guy working tells me he's going to make the guys sandwich that just came in then he will make mine. I said I'm good and went to Kroger to get the stuff to make my own. He made me feel like my allergy was an inconvenience for him. I will never step foot in that place again.

I stopped by today and got to subs. I opened to eat the roast beef one in the car, because I was starving. The meat smelled ruined. I thought it was just me because I am not a sandwich girl and it had been awhile since I had roast beef. It was not good. So then I opened my turkey one, hardly any turkey and a load of other stuff. Safe to say will not be back. The reason for 2 rating is because the staff were eager to help.

Employees were not very welcoming. The guy didn’t take his time to serve us. He was hard to understand and was going back and forth between the grill and slicer. I stayed against my better judgement only to find out The sandwiches were not worth $18 and change at all. Toppings are extremely minimal. Overall I was Very disappointed and won’t be returning. 1/28/20 approximately 10:48am *** pretty sure that sub gave me food poisoning 😡
