I was second in line at the order counter. The female sandwich maker/cashier was prepping bread by putting cheese on top of several loaves to put in the oven. We waited 2-3 minutes for her to finish. The girl in front of me ordered, got requested toppings then waited at the cash register while the same attendant got my order and built my sandwich while the girl in front waited to pay. I had originally ordered wheat bread but it was like flat bread. I had it switched out for Italian Herb which wasn’t much better. I ordered steak and cheese but my steak wasn’t even heated up. After paying I was told I couldn’t get a receipt because that wasn’t any paper. This was the worst Subway I have EVER been to.

This post is for the Shelbyville, TN location.
The service is fast and friendly. My sandwich is always made the way I like it. There's always a good price on the specials. Would love it if they had delivery services. Cookies are fresh and delicious.

If I can give zero, I will. I walked in @8pm to order food, then my husband and my girl walked in. The girl who is preparing my order said Oh My Gosh. The sign said they closed @9pm, that is why we walked in. I ordered double meat, she did not do it and put in oven to toasted it, when she took out I told her again I need double meat. She said she already done. I will never go back again.

Went on my work break, spent 15 minutes here. Slow and short staffed. They were out of meatballs. Changed my order so I didn’t have to wait for them to heat it up. By the time they got done with everything my chicken was cold.

Employees of this Subway have a TERRIBLE attitude. Dirty looks instantly when you walk in. They didn't even know how to ring us up with a visa gift card. Ended up leaving without one of our sandwiches and when I call to speak to a manager, their never in. AVOUD THIS SUBWAY!

Walked in and the guy instantly told us what they didn't have.. this is an hour before close! Then he says he isn't going to make anything and he doesn't care! Well sorry dude maybe you should get a better job! Or better yet, a personality! Worst experience I have ever had! Smh... I will never go here again!

It's a Subway. The staff was fast, efficient, and made the sandwiches correctly. I don't know what else one would look for other than cleanliness and it was clean as well.
