Domino's Pizza

Order was made completely wrong. Somehow store thought me keeping this pizza as a "free pizza" would be ok as long as they gave me a free pizza next time even though I specifically said I'd like it remade. When I got there to pick up the remake they said would be ready in 15 minutes they had not even started. Manager brought out the pizza and all but nearly shoved it in my face and said here you go. No apology or anything. Staff here could really use a lesson on what southern hospitality is.

Usually their food and service are great. Tonight our pizza sat in “quality assurance” for over 50 minutes and when it arrived it was cold and burned. Plus we found a big piece of bacon on our veggie pizza which was upsetting to the person who does not eat pork, I hope this was an isolated issue/ bad day because typically their pizza is so fresh and they have the fastest delivery😣

I want to love this place and give it another chance... 1st Incident: I got violently ill from eating chicken I ordered. Pizza did not make my boyfriend ill. Since I work in food I called and asked them to check the dates on the kitchen. Lady manager said she checked it herself and nothing was amiss. Sorry but wow. My guts were never cleaner. 2nd Incident: They gave me a rotten Cesar salad. They made this right by delivering a new one ASAP. 3rd Incident: Didn't order chicken but still got sick again from the pizza. Wasn't sure if that was me or the food... going to try again. God I hope they're not trying to kill me

Tonight my family and I were leaving the MTSU game and we placed our order. A gentleman with less than a personality got order over phone for Large Pepperoni Pizza and said 10 minutes. We headed over to this location. He was hateful and rude. And used profanity towards as we were stating our number for the second time. He gritted teeth and was totally out of sorts. Unacceptable.. If your sales have lessened recently could be because of this very issue.

If taste did not matter to people, Domino's would be the only pizza joint in town! They have made "ordering pizza" VERY AFFORDABLE for all. I am not sure how they keep it up with such low prices. You can use several coupons in one order, plus on top of that, you get reward points which are the most rewarding point system I have ever signed up for. I believe it is a free pizza for ever $10 spent. I ordered two large pizzas w/ several toppings, Xcheese, bread sticks, dessert, drinks, ranches and sauces. I used 3 COUPONS (1-20% off total order, 2- large specialty pizza for $10.99, 3- free parmesan bread sticks w/order more than $7.99) and my total was $26.40. I left the driver a $10 tip, making it $36.40. Looks like you get rewards for tipping online! That is GENIOUS!. That was my first order. When I checked out, it alerted me that I had a free pizza that I could use at anytime, another free pizza, and needed 6 more points to get my 3rd free pizza. WHAT?!?! How is this even real? How do they pay their employees?

Love this location always fast service and quality 98% of the time. If there's a problem with the order never had a problem getting it resolved. If they're slow short handed what can you do. Hands down my favorite been visiting here for last 18 yrs they have fed our family of 5 for a long time. Ty to your team for being as awesome as you can be in our day and age you guys rock 👍👊🤙😎💯 any says any different well they ain't sht and need some D as in domino's in their life 🤣😂🤣😂😁😎
