Zaxby's

From the moment we even stepped foot on the property I was shocked to see how trashed the parking lot was , walked in and all i see is staff on their phones , dunkin cups sitting on the counter . I used to work for zaxbys and I know they have cup holders around the corners out of guest view and no gloves . After We got our food , the crew was super loud and I could hear every word they were saying . There was drinks splited on the counter by the drink machine , dining room was trashed with trash cans over flowing . I’m sorry but this is just plain sad . This maybe a “ fast food” place but the quality and service is still the same as if you would go to a high end steak house . People pay attention to everything !

I came through the drive through at about 915pm and had the WORST experience ever . I should of kept going when I seen the young workers hanging out at the door with the restaurant door open . I should of kept going when I pulled up to the menu and heard the loud rap music (and I enjoy rap music) playing from the speakers and the child who was taking my order was laughing through the monitor before rushing to ask me what I wanted . I should of kept going when she said they was out of traditional wings and has impatient when I needed a minute to rethink my usual order . I should of kept going when I pulled up to the last window and seen teenagers who were supposed to be working sitting on items and texting on their phones . They were having a party !! Loud music , texting , playing , laughing on the intercom. I asked for insane dipped tenders and they served me cold tinders with hot sauce squirted on top , I thought they were supposed to be tossed and covered but I guess not . They served me old fries and rock hard bread . They were too lazy to simply toast another piece . I asked for blue cheese and Zax sauce which I didn’t get so I waited even after she closed the window to ask her again . My drive home was less than 5 minutes and ALL my food was ice cold and old! I started to drive back but I know for a fact management was not in the building and if they were , they should be ashamed ! $13 on a meal that I had to throw away ! I settled for Ramen and this is the LAST time a Zaxbys food chain will take from me . I wish I could post the video I have but I will figure out how to get the content noticed publicly.

This restaurant is in need of some serious attention. The Parking lot is littered with trash, discarded food and empty drink cups. The filth continues right on inside the restaurant….if you can get in. The staff refuse to fix the lock on the entry door so you have to knock and someone ( never a staff member -a customer) may let you in. I have visited this location several times and the door has been like this for months!!!! The drink station is covered in sticky, spilled drinks, straw papers and melted ice. No napkins, salt, forks or ketchup in the drink station. Not one single table in the restaurant had been wiped down-have to do that yourself. Staff is rude, unhelpful and clearly not interested in customer service. This place needs to be shut down for sanitation reasons. I can only imagine what the kitchen Looks like if the dining room looks as nasty as it does.

When packing snacks for the 4th of July fireworks, Zaxby's family meal was the perfect choice. This was the second time at Zaxby and each time the service was excellent. The front of house crew were courteous and willing to explain our options. My son and I didn't have to wait very long for our order. The restaurant was neat and clean. We knew how the chicken strips would taste. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the french fries and bread tasted. The bread and fries didn't make to the fireworks.

Ordered a grilled chicken zobb zalad with extra ranch but was delivered a friend chicken zobb zalad with zero ranch dressing. I ordered from door dash and door dash was nice enough to refund for my messed up zalad but I definitely will never order from Zaxbys again because apparently the employees are illiterate or blind or maybe just don't care about food quality or great customer service. Tried to call restaurant before they closed but apparently they ignore the phone 20 mins before closing. Yes I'm definitely angry!!!!
