Sonic Drive-in

Sonic's been around for many years. A great place to pop in for fast food if you need a minute to pull over and eat in the shade. The food's decent and there are quite a few options. In addition to the normal hamburgers and chicken sandwiches they also have popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, chili tots and fries, corn dogs, hot dogs, a wide variety of breakfast items and burritos, French toast, et cetera. Patty melt (pictured) was bread and raw onions. Not even close to what’s advertised. I understand staffing issues. I don’t understand terrible food. I’m pretty sure the tater tots sat in the fryer for way too long and the burned tots had salt poured over them to cover the burnt taste. Please train your cooks before someone gets sick.

I would give it a zero if I could. Had a coupon for buy one get one free. They asked if it was really for the item I was buying and I had to wait for a carhop to verify I wasn't lying before they would start my order. 20 minutes later, the notice said someone was bringing my food. Still waited almost another five minutes before she dropped off our COLD food. When we told the carhop our food was cold, she took the bag and stuck her hand in the middle of the food in the bag, told us it was "pretty warm", handed us back our cold food and walked away. When we got home, we opened up our burritos to find that they were a mess and included pieces of tomato that should have been thrown away. We won't go back to the Sonic on Middle Tennessee.

This location consistently has the absolute worst service! They are always out of something and to get ice cream (1 of the things they are known for) forget about it! If they remotely tried I would never post this type of review but if I can save one person from having to deal with this place so be it! I can’t tell you how many times we have had to call because we get home and the order is wrong !

This is my usual sonic and I always order the same thing recovering from cancer i can only eat certain items. However on this night I had to explain my drink and the young lady taking my order got snarky bout it. Ok pissible bad night when I don't receive one part of my order and no one answers the phone then it makes me hesitant to return.

Waited at a car stall to order for 15+ mins with no response. We moved to a different car stall, waited 5 more mins to try and order again, still no response. We finally had to go through the drive thru and waited another 3 mins for a response. Cars were pulling out and leaving left and right. The manager and 2 other workers were just standing outside doing nothing. If the stalls weren't working, there should be signs up. The workers inside were looking out the drive thru windows watching everyone struggle at the car stalls. This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. DO BETTER. 🙄
