Subway

Well my daughter just spent 12 bucks of her own hard earned money on a sandwich using the app. When she arrived at the store she was met with rude service saying they had no online orders. She proceeded to show them her bank account where the money was taken out and showed where she had in fact ordered for the right location. They refused to give her the food or her money back. If i could give zero stars I would.. pathetic!

I did an online order tonight with the subway on south Rutherford in murfreesboro Tennessee. When I hit the button to place order I did not get a time for pick up so I called them and they said the order did not get placed. I then went into my checking account to see if the order was deducted in my checking account which it was. I then called that subway back and told them it was deducted from my checking account and was told they needed to call the manager to find out what to do. They called me back and told me the manager told her I had to call corporate office and try to figure it out. I asked her if I brought proof of the purchase and also proof in the history of the subway app if I could get my sandwiches and she said no. I also was told that apparently they have been having problems all day with the app. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager should be chasing this down not me. I have proof that I placed an order and it was even taking out of my checking account. I will never do business with them again. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. First thing is to call the bank and dispute this charge. Subway you people need to get better managers. This one sucks
