Driver drops my food off (without knocking or ringing the doorbell). Then he forgot a drink. So, I called and the manager was making excuses. When I wasn’t having it, he just gave up. 25 minutes later, my drink showed up with a VERY light tap on the door. When I looked at the drink, this is what it looked like. THAT comes from sticking your finger through the lid into the drink! A straw doesn’t stretch the plastic out like that, but a man’s finger does. I’ve been treated rudely by the last 2 managers that handled this SAME SITUATION this year! Sad to see how far customer service has fallen here (I used to work there for 2 years as lead delivery driver and manager and this store wasn’t like this). I remember what the car and driver look like, so I suppose I can just go and talk to them in person. But just so you know, I know what you did.

Ordered BLT with DOUBLE BACON. Didn't receive it. Spoke with manager and he admitted that a delivery driver took my order and didn't know the menu. I refused to go back to the store and the manager did offer to deliver but couldn't give me any idea when as his driver's we're out. Right thing to do would be to offer another sandwich at another time but he refused that to no end. Poor customer service to a repeat customer who spent over $50 at your establishment. Won't visit the Murfreesboro Maine St location again!!!

Our regular unit had closed so I tried one about 1.4 miles from my home near the MTSU campus where this unit is located. After figuring where to park I went in and ordered my sandwich after signing for their rewards program. Sandwich was before I had finished paying for it. It was well prepared. Bread was fresh and I almost ate the whole sandwich as I was really hungry. Glad to know that this unit is close to my condo. Service was exception, friendly, courteous, and fast. I will be going back. Recommend to anyone wanted to grab a high quality sub.

I have a friend who consistently orders from your location. She always has sandwiches delivered to our office. Every time one of your delivery drivers comes, she pays in cash. They always tell her they have no change therefore she is forced to tip more than she would have initially. I feel this is a terrible way to conduct business. Your drivers should be ashamed. I will NEVER use your business due to this. It’s disgusting.

We ordered 3 subs today, sat down to eat and realized one of them wasn't even what we ordered at all and the other wasn't at all how it was ordered. When we took them back up and told them they gave us the wrong sandwiches they were very rude!!! She slammed them down in the trash after arguing with me kept wanting to see the ticket, he put the orders on the ticket wrong is why they were wrong!! Not my fault!! Will never go back here
