Sonic Drive-in

Please explain to me why all of the lights were off at this sonic. It says on Google you close at 10pm, but we pulled up at 7:30p and all the lights are off around the order menus, the sign for sonic wasn't lit up. Kind of creepy and sketchy. Also, when we had our order taken the lady was very rude. She kept cutting us off and was very snappy. Carhop was super nice though. Even told us to have a blessed day. Edit: Should have just waited until I got my food. Umm wow. I ordered the Buffalo popcorn chicken. I have never in all my life of going to sonic got such tiny popcorn chicken. And they are overcooked to the point that they are super crunchy and I can't even taste the chicken in them. I don't even think they have chicken, just breading because they're so small. My orange cream slush tastes like an icy vanilla shake...no orange. About the only thing they got right were the jalapeño poppers.

This sonic is a joke. I will never come here again. The First Lady that took my order was rude and didn’t even let me finish ordering before she said my total. I had to push the button again and got a different girl that didn’t know what she was doing and had to get the manager to help. The manager was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. The manager charged me extra instead of making my order into a combo. This by far is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. The girl beside me was trying to order and they cut her off half way of ordering and said we are closed. It was only 9:20 at the time they claimed to be closed. I will make sure anyone I talk to never comes here to this horrible sonic. Never again such a joke.

Pulled into a stall next to the building, whoops screen doesn’t work. One to left doesn’t work either. One to the right is taken. No biggie there’s a whole row of stalls behind me. Well the first two available are blocked because, yep, they’re broken. Finally get to one that works. Press the red button just to be asked to ‘move to one closer to the building for the safety of the car hop.’ Well I mean I tried but they’re all broken! If the car hop won’t come to these stalls why have them open, or have them at all? At that point I just left because if they’re not competent enough to block off stalls I don’t trust them to cook my food.
