Subway

I order a sandwich online that was suppose to have 3 different sauces, I noticed only Mayo was on it and called them to let them know, and see if they could replace it. He got very rude and said that his wife made it the way it was suppose to be and then hung up on me. I called again and said I’ll call cooperate and he said do you know the number and proceeded to tell me then hung up. I went to the store and kept telling them to look at the sandwich and they wouldn’t. He was very rude and unprofessional. It was more about the rudeness then the sandwich being messed up. I told him I wasn’t leaving until I got a refund. He gave me my money back and told me to never come there again. It wasn’t that crucial to be so rude and arrogant about. Never will I or my family and friends go there again

Horrible service. I asked the two young boys working for my wrap to be cut in half when he finished and they did. However, they did not think I saw where the wrap was not even wrapped like it should have been. It was only folded over. I said “do you really expect me to buy that and eat it without it falling all over me” and the young boys said “ugh I don’t know”.

Not complaining at all, but I told the lady yellow oil and she put mustard on my sandwich and I politely told her the mistake and she just wiped "Some" of it off with a knife, I would have preferred it to be replaced. Because I didn't enjoy eating something that is not the same order I have gotten for 18 years of my life.

I parked at a Subway, and ordered through the app. For some reason, the app thought I wanted my sandwich from this Subway, as opposed to the one I was parked at. I ordered, paid and waited. When I went in to the Subway, I realized my mistake. They (on Greenland) were super nice. I left, had an amazing sandwich (from the Subway on Greenland) and because it was my mistake, didn't do anything about it. This Subway owner called me, 2 hours later, and told me my (not so hot anymore) sandwich was still ready for pickup. I explained I went to the wrong Subway, had them make a new one and paid for it. He asked what I wanted him to do and I said if he wanted to refund it that would be great, otherwise, he could just throw it away. He proceeded to yell at me that his wife had walked out twice to find me and that it was my fault. I told him he could stop raising his voice at me, I had already told him it was my fault. He yelled some more that he would not give a refund. I calmly explained that was fine but that he did not need to yell at me, that I would be reviewing based on my experience and hung up. This has to be THE rudest Subway owner/employee I have ever spoken to and I will not return to this restaurant. I did not call and demand my money, or my food for that matter. His condescending manner was not ok or appropriate for the situation and had he handled himself more professionally, I wouldn't be here leaving this review. Rude, chauvinistic and hateful. Would not recommend.

My parents live out of state. They always send gift cards to my kids. I did not check the balance, because we have never had an issue. I went to check out & the balance was zero. The owner was yelling at me like it was my fault. I never felt so humiliated in my life!! Here I was with my daughter crying in subway, because I could not pay.
