This place is HORRIBLE, I wouldnt recommend my dog to eat there! It’s unsanitary, poorly managed, and straight up gross! I took my family there on a Sunday afternoon and boy do I regret it! We had to wait for pizza to come out because there was literally no pizza on the bar when we arrived, the other customers were also impatiently waiting so it was a fight for one or MAYBE two slices of pizza, I had to eat pepperoni (least favorite) because it was the only thing available. We had to wait for ice. There was a disgusting drain hole located directly over the drink fountain that smelled like sewage (no exaggeration) we happened to be sitting next to it when it over flowed and the water ran under our table, this ruined my appetite, I asked for a refund but the manager told me she couldn’t because we technically had already ate. She also said they had no other manager or corporate number to call. I left very angry, and hungry. Oh, and I felt very unsafe as there was an employees who couldn’t keep his pants up (my kids and wife had to look at his underpants while eating) was carrying a pistol while filling the ice in the drink fountain.

I noticed everyone talking about employees not working, just goofing off. A picture of what they do all day. Play games while the restaurant went down the drain. The manager Ben, didn’t care. Not good. Visit date, 01/14/21, 12:45 pm. We tried to order the personal pizza they advertise on hanging sign and were only greeted with we have those coming out. Don't have little order forms if you won't honor them. My daughter wanted spinach alfredo on thin crust, not the reg. So no you didn't have it coming out. My son has autism and only likes cheese pizza. He wouldn't make that pizza either. Sat for 15 minutes thinking he took order, finally ask if he was making it and were told, oh there is half a cheese out I forgot to tell you. This is the major topper. While eating the guy that was making pizzas took a break and was talking to someone with a arby's tshirt on and said " the general manager has covid-19 and the whole crew was quarantined" Not what you want to hear after you ate somewhere.

We showed up an hour before closing with the salad bar already shut down and only one hot section for pizza. On our second plate, an employee came out and was coughing. He and another employee started eating on the food prep line, and also had drinks on the food prep line. The male employee was coughing and sneezing into his hands and was using a wipe from the food prep line to wipe his hands. He then went outside with another employee, not the one eating on the food prep line. We didn't finish our second plate, as we were thoroughly disgusted by his hygiene. As we were leaving, the 2 employees were seen outside smoking with what smelt like weed. I added a picture where you can see 1 of the employees eating at the food prep line.

Whoever keeps updating this place to open needs to stop playing already... It's closed down. Stop updating this place as open. OLD REVIEW FROM OVER A YEAR AGO: Was here last weekend and want to give praise to the current manager that works there. It was a good visit and he made sure that it stayed that way for myself and other customers.

The pizza was more crusty than the gunk between my toes. It was cold, old, and the employee who greeted us at the counter had a bad attitude like she hated her life and didn’t want to be there (which I understand, especially if I worked at this specific Cici’s location, but I at least would keep the attitude contained). As more customers came in with a higher demand for more, fresh pizza, you could see the disgusted and disappointed look on their face. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking to possibly find a cockroach in your pizza or salad because those are the vibes you get from this location.
