Mcdonald's

Took my wife and kid here during her lunch break at work and made her late returning due to multiple issues. I followed the instructions on the self-service ordering kiosk, grabbed a "table tent" and sat at a table. Then we waited over 20 minutes for "fast food". So I asked the staff about our order and was told it must have been taken by another guest since it was over 10 minutes old. This was a very customized order with a kids meal... If someone else grabbed this order, they would have known it was wrong. I then over heard the manager blaming me for the error since "I should have immediately came to the counter when my number was called. The instructions provided by the Kiosk was "grab a table tent to place on a table and we will bring your order to you"... I'm highly disappointed with this location and will not return.

I called to ask about an application and the person on the phone asked for the manager and I can hear them speaking, he asks the manager if she was busy, she said she was not. She then asked if she could speak to me, and she said she could not because it is lunch time. I understand if it’s lunch and it’s busy, however in the same sentence you said you’re not busy… I see why the reviews are so bad about the service if the manager is so careless

I'm surprised by the low reviews. This is a really slick, nice McDonald's. Stepped inside and this was possibly one of the nicest staffs I've ever dealt with in a McDonald's. Clean interior. Good restrooms. Quick service given the massive number of customers in the drive thru. I was extremely pleased.
