Taco Bell

The only complaint I have is how fast they ran out of Mexican Pizzas. If you're going to take a popular menu item away just so it can make its triumphant return 1 year later, make sure you have enough inventory to support the consumer demand for more than 72 hours. But that's certainly not a complaint that should be held against the staff. They're polite, courteous, and friendly.

This location seems to be struggling. I came here had to wait in line in the drive-through and then upon reaching the speaker I was greeted politely but then I was asked to wait and I did. After a couple of minutes they came back on and apologized and then I went ahead with my order. Upon reaching the window they took my money and then I had to pull forward and wait by the front entrance which is something I’ve never had to do at a Taco Bell. Usually you would expect that at McDonalds. Eventually got my food and the service was courteous but a little slow. Seems like they just had a bad night or a couple of call outs.

There are no excuses for what has happened to the Chili's by the Avenue! The staff levels they carry show they're either a terrible place to work, or the pay is insufficient. I keep trying it, as Chili's is a favorite, but waiting 30+ minutes (10 workout being acknowledged) with an empty dining room and watching three people try to service the rest is just sad! This is the exception in the area, and I'm finding better places to go because of it!

Edit: 3/2022: They have gotten better. Management must have changed. I'm updating this to 3 stars and will change if necessary in the future. -------------------------------------- I live close to this Taco Bell and I can say with confidence, this location CONSISTENTLY SUCKS. They got my order wrong and asked for my HALF EATEN FOOD back in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, so they could inspect it to see that it was wrong. This is definitely not allowed. AND the manager still tried arguing with me. They also love to say their "system is down" quite frequently. I've heard this excuse at least 3 times.
