Taco Bell

I ordered and was served quickly. Food was hot and was okay except the Cheesy Beefy Melt had no sour cream. Last time I was here I had ordered the same item and there was a drop of dour cream in the last bite. Seems Taco Bell has 1/3rd of the size of there burritos used to be for about 4 times the price seeing how the bean and cheese burritos no longer available had very little product in it the current bean burrito. Way over priced and ridiculously small portions will make me not return to this unit. Staff was courteous and pleasant.

Edit: I managed to finally get through and they took my name and offered a replacement meal. Make sure you check your order before leaving. I ordered 3 loco taco supreme. This is what I got. I asked for mild sauce and this is what I got, a nasty mess. I called to inform them of this and when someone answered it sounded like a fax machine I asked if I could call back because it was hard to hear each other now they won't answer the phone.

Food is always consistently predictable, you always know what your item is going to Taste like and I have loved that since I was a kid. My only complaint is buying extras. With these kind of items you shouldn't need to say extra. Then when paying for extra more times than not, I don't get it. .my example is crunchy taco supreme. Why would anyone send that out the door 1/2 full.? With the few bites of food there why pay $ .50 more for lettuce and get about a tblsp. More? Or exchanging. Meat to beans and have barely any beans.

5/21/22 7:30 pm. I’m not one to leave a review good or bad unless it was heavy in one direction. I just left this Taco Bell and have to say I’ve never been happier with a fast food chain (most of the time I feel like a burden cause they are unhappy). All day the whole county has been “cash only” because of some sort of processing issue so you know they’ve been getting beat down by angry customers. Everyone from the new cashier to the manager was very friendly and went above and beyond to make me happy. A++++ customer service, thank you all. Love this location as of today and my faith in fast food employees has been restored. At least temporarily, who knows what will happen next time I go for fast food.

Went through late last night after work. Had to go all the way across town because there’s nowhere else open that late at night anymore. Everything I wanted was either out of stock or they didn’t make it anymore. And when I finally figured out what I could get that they do have, everything was messed up. I asked for all the meat to be replaced with black beans and there wasn’t a single black bean in the meal. Everything had meat and I didn’t find out until I got home. Tried to call last night while they were still open, just got the busy signal for a couple of hours. Tried calling today, same thing. Just a busy signal.
