O'charley's

In short, you can see in my 1st picture that I ordered curbside at 5:53 PM arriving at the restaurant some 10 minutes later. At ~6:15 PM, when no one came out to my vehicle, I went into the restaurant expecting the place to be overflowing with customers. To my dismay, the place was only half full. The second redacted receipt shows that I finally got my order some 30 minutes after ordering it. The 3rd picture is what I ordered; a pecan chicken salad. 30 minutes for a salad! I have given very positive reviews of this restaurant in the past. My most recent experience was far from O'Charley's past really good service.

⛔⚠️Be aware... poor service at the bar and tables surrounding the bar as well. I had to get up from my table and inquire about our food which took 30 minutes. It was not busy at the time and our meals were overcooked. Items were also missing in our meals. Service quality is a hit or miss in the dining area. It is not consistent. Quality service has declined greatly. Advise to go to another location.

Probably need new management. Restaurant is not terribly busy and they are very late with many orders. Going on about a 40 min wait...... Got the food. Can tell it's just been sitting back there as it's sorta warm and no longer fresh looking. I'm waiting on a drink refill. Will probably be another half hour. 3rd update. Ordered my steak medium. I got a well done lukewarm brick. Manager was understanding and comped our meal.

The atmosphere in these restaurants is always so cozy, with warm colors making you feel right at home. Additionally, the premises are always clean and well maintained. Our server the other night was very courteous and attentive, always making sure that we had exactly what we needed and that we were thoroughly enjoying our visit to the establishment. The food was absolutely delicious, as it always is, from the bread to the entrees all the way to the cherry pies we had for dessert. As delicious as we could've possibly hoped for, thanks for a great experience!

When I stop here it is usually for lunch. On my last visit, I had a long wait to be seated because no one was at the host station. However, the lunch menu is good, and the food arrived quickly. The serving staff were very apologetic for the wait to be seated. Ask for Shannon, she was on top of everything, friendly, and helpful.

Horrible. The front entrance was dirty and there was drinks sitting on the counter.. The waitress was sweet. My strawberry lemonade was horrible, my stepdaughter got sweet tea that wasn't sweet and switched to a Dr. Pepper. The plates for the rolls were dirty asked for clean plates and got them and the plate I took was greasy. At that point I was done. I didn't eat anything, the 2 people with me did. I didn't touch our appetizer. The floors were dirty with paper and trash. They we're not busy. When we left there only 2 other tables with guests but there was about 6 tables that hadn't been bussed. If I was a DM and walked in the door people would have been fired! Horrible experience!

I had the salmon bowl which was great except the chick peas. I personally don't like at all. I did increase my energy level from eating the salmon bowl. I was so tired and sleep when I arrived. The bowl was so fulfilling and delicious I can't wait to order again. My husband had shrimp and chips. He enjoyed it. Our waiter was fabulous and I convinced him to eat the salmon bowl to increase energy and help the brain wake up.

Didn't have rolls ready, waited 15 min and the appetizers were cold. Waiter was doing god knows what in the back, we were like two out of the 10 people eating and our waiter couldn't even find the time to refill our drinks. As my patience was wearing thin I had to flag down the hostess just to get our check, which took them another 15 MINUTES to swipe my card!?? Are you kidding me? I will never come back to this place ever. Spent $41 and I wish I had just walked out and went somewhere else.
