TERRIBLE SERVICE. Older guy working with green shirt (I'm assuming he is the manager) wasn't pleasant at all and seemed to not be interested in serving me. He wasnt wearing a hat, and started my order by applying gloves without washing his hands first. Thats food safety 101. Also, I had to keep telling the rep to 'add more' toppings on my sandwich... extremely frugal with their toppings at this location. Will not be back. Other observations include a sign saying they don't accept coupons at this location... for those interested...

The food is always well made here, but last night I came here between 8-830pm and they had their "open" sign turned off and were cleaning. The employees chose to stop accepting customers so that they could get out of work as soon as they could. They don't close at 830p,... they close at 9:00p. The day was September 8, 2020 and the time was 8:00-8:30p. I hope the manager finds out.

Ordered And paid for our meals online. The confirmation email said food would be ready at 6:15pm. We arrived at 6:20 pm to find the door locked and open sign turned off.. all the lights were on inside but no employee in sight.. we called 3 times and waited for 20 minutes. this is ridiculous!!!!!! Will be contacting management

Used to be a great store, must’ve changed ownership. They messed up my order and refused to fix it when I came back in. Very defensive when we politely asked for it to be corrected. Update 12/22/20: Tried this store again and it is just as bad. Employees do not care about what they're doing and would rather take their time. This place is truly a joke. Compared to other subways in Murfreesboro, the quality of food at this one is awful.
