Kfc

We went to get lunch for my elderly parents and it was ridiculous. At noon they ran out of original recipe chicken. Wouldn’t you think if you knew it was Sunday at lunch that they would keep chicken ready? They charged us for a large side even though what we ordered came with 3 large sides. The chicken was so overly done it was terrible. We also ordered 2 pot pies. They forgot the cookies. Then we went to get our soda and the machine was warm. It had no ice and the soda was warm and flat. I have tried for 2 straight days to reach corporate offices and it is ridiculous. No one answers the phone. The automated system disconnected my calls. If you want this KFC to get any better you have to check your order before you leave the store. By the way, one day you can dine and the next day there is NO indoor dining. I hated to give 1 star. I wish I could have given a zero.

I wanted to eat inside but the lobby was closed. The only option would’ve been drive-through or a curbside pick up parking lot spot. So naturally I went to the drive-through. The service was good and the food that I received was hot and fresh. Funny enough I accidentally drove off without getting my drink but I went around back to get it and we both laughed it off.

If you asked me if I would ever go back here if the survival of all humanity depended on it, I wouldn’t. The women running the drive thru was the absolute rudest women I’ve ever encountered in all my life. Not only did she yell at me and treat me like I was incompetent when I didn’t know they only carry Pepsi products but she missed two of our orders of chicken. So we went back around in the line (which was long and slow for a second time) and ended up talking to a nicer boy who tried to help us out. The mean lady came back and starting giving us an attitude and getting rude with the poor sweet soul who was actually trying to help us. She barely listened and went to make the order we were missing but to no prevail due to the fact she didn’t even take a second to listen to what we were missing. I want to formally apologize to the poor guy trying to help us who I yelled at a bit from frustration when he posed the question of sides which we already got (all of which were wrong). In the end we have the wrong sides, only one order of the chicken we went back around for of which is the wrong meal, and unimaginable rage. Never even consider coming here. Update: found mold in our biscuits

Quite possibly the worst experience at a business I’ve ever had. Long line just to get yelled at over the drive through speaker, all for my order to be missing half of its items. Upon going back through, we were accused of lying because we weren’t given a receipt, then yelled at even more by what I assume to be the manager and interrupted multiple times. The items we received in compensation were still not correct, and once we got back home, we discovered the rest of our order was wrong in multiple ways as well. Not even worth eating because the food was gross to begin with and soggy from sitting in the drive thru the second time, we threw it away. I wish I could give a negative rating. Update: upon further inspection, the biscuits are actually moldy. Incredible.

This place was by far the rudest people I have ever uncountered.... Wouldn't let me finish ordering yelled at me when I asked if I could please finish ordering and she told me I was done!!!! Yelled back the little bit that she thought was my order. We have a big family I will never ever come back to this location ever!!!! Y'all need to address customer service when hiring!!!! What a joke!!!! Damn not to mention that we stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before some woman yelled at everyone in there that if we was ordering we needed to go to drive thru and only online orders were to be picked up inside!!!!! Just all around rude!!!
