If it’s legal it’s legal. Stopped drinking and bought some CBD cigarettes to enjoy and was told that i had to smoke it outside. Do I need to show you the receipt or what? If I didn’t put in the time and effort to quit drinking, probably wouldn’t be posting this but I feel wronged by a place I had been to for years. Private establishment, but you need consistent rules. Either no rules or all rules, don’t care. I’ve seen people smoking straight up weed everywhere here. Either way you’ll have to figure out a solution because the legal stuff will only get more popular.

This place let's people that are drunk leave and drive. I know of one that has left here, after drinking all night, and had two separate wrecks, because they were allowed to leave smashed. This isn't a good policy for single women either. This place allows men to take advantage of young, drunk, women. Couldn't they at least try to be more socially responsible? They definitely need to get rides for people they have served all night. It's not rocket science to know if you've been serving someone shots all evening, to know they shouldn't drive or leave without being questions, like "did you come here with this man? "How many shots have you had?" This would let them know if a person is being taken advantage of, or too drunk to drive. One day, I hope, they are held responsible for allowing this, but I hope an innocent life isn't taken, or ruined, before they do something. Some drinkers have no sense at all after a few shots of strong drink. Do not allow them to leave without calling a cab!
